I just finished assembling this bike stand. Some of the screws and brackets were placed on backwards. Took me a while to figure out how they go. In the beginning, I couldn’t even get it to stand up on its own. But that’s here again, because of the brackets and screws backwards. Took me two hours to assemble, but finally got it. Will try it out later in the week when the weather breaks.

Assembly was a bit odd, but sturdy after setup. Might tweak just a little to have it balance better.

I'm a fairly avid bike rider which means every few months I'm doing maintenance, eg replacing tires, brakes, tubes, adjusting derailers, thorough lubrication,... As such, I wish that I would have gotten a bike stand years ago.This makes work so much easier that even for only occasional usage it is worth it having. And given that it folds up, it's not intrusive when not in use.This particular stand is solid, weighing in at 14 pounds, the metal structure and metal clamps can likely handle the rated load. What is not that sturdy is the plastic bottom bracket that holds the legs. When first deploying the legs the bracket became canted and with just a few pounds of pressure the bottom of the plastic clip broke. I should have been more careful, but the frailty of this component doesn't match the sturdiness of the rest of the unit. With the bottom bracket damaged, I now have to loosen and tighten a screw to move the legs up in down :(Other nice features include:Ability to set the bike at various anglesAttached parts trayEasy to use locking frame clampDecent quality paint finishIf not for the weak bottom bracket this would be a five-star product.

Having a decent bike repair stand is like having a bag of gold. This bike stand is my gold bag. The stand is very sturdy and durable. At first, I was very leery about having my bike mounted and then fall over on me. Not the case at all. The base width of this was perfect for all of my bikes, from my flat-bar road bike to my kid's mountain bikes. I especially love the single handle mount, which is extremely strong. Assembly was very easy and the stands folds up nicely for storage. At first, I didn't have the hold tight enough and my bike spun in the mount. After a simple adjustment, I could easily mount the bike and loosen wheel nuts with confidence.

This is a well-made stand that provides perfect assistance in repairing and maintaining my bike. It's a little finicky in assembly but remain patient and it'll be worth your extra effort. The stand holds the bike in perfect position that allows 360 degrees of access both horizontally and vertically at a level that does not require a lot of bending and crawling. When you're maintenance is complete, it stores away in a compacted form taking up little space.

This repair stand has made bike maintenance at home so much easier. It feels sturdy and holds my bike securely even when I’m working on heavier components. Sturdy and Solid with a great clamping mechanism. Large Tool tray. Folds to a small footprint. Great Capacity.It would have been 5 stars, but although it was packaged well and the box was intact, there were a few little issues.None affected useability.Paint nicked off on main support and paint lifting off on main clamp tube. And a piece of plastic was cracked off of the height adjustment sleeve.
