While these tubes are scary light and thin, they hold air far better than latex tubes. No data yet on puncture resistance, but each tube comes with a tire lever and 2 patch kits. After a month, 2 pinch flats (my fault). Supplied instant patches are good for emergency use, but are not permanent. Solvent patches can be made from TPU material and cemented with plumbing type PVC cement.

GARBAGE. DO NOT BUY. Initially only 1 of 2 tubes was a problem, but after a couple more days neither of the 2 will hold air for more than an hour. Have only gotten 1 ride in since purchasing. No punctures, appears to be the seam on the tubes that fail, which is consistent w/ many of the other reviews.Returned the unused spares set I bought. Having a good experience w/ the Tubolino(?) ones (I am not a paid advertiser). Seems the chinese ones are all junk. Unfortunately, have to pay up for the better brands if you want to run TPU tubesOriginal Review:1 of the 2 tubes are fine. Having a complete mystery nightmare with the other. One of the 2 tubes will not hold air. Ends up totally and completely at zero pressure, as in used condom level limp, within a few hours to a day. YET WHEN I PUT IT THROUGH WATER TO LOOK FOR THE LEAK, ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. I am old guy who has been patching bike tires for 40+ yrs. Think I know what I am doing, but am completely mystified by this one. First time it happened assumed I had forgotten to close the presta valve. Next time was guessing the vale was bad, but no leaks at the valve under water no matter how I try to induce. Am many cycles through this game, am certain I have been fully closing the valve after that initial go round. But always at zero pressure within a day at most. Meanwhile, the other tube is great. ANYONE HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, OR DOES THE VENDOR HAVE ANY IDEAS??

Considering the thinness and light weight of these tubes, I wasn't suspecting much from them. But since using them for months now I've been very pleasantly surprised. I've ridden over seven thousand miles on a pair of them to this point and they've been great! In that time, I've had two pinhole punctures on the rear tire,, and using the supplied patches, I've easily patched the punctures and reinstalled the tube with no problems. Since replacing the old butyl rubber with these tubes, I've noticed a liveliness in the tires that's reminiscent of riding silk sew-ups. Also, because they are so light and roll up so small, it's easy to carry a couple of them in my seat pack or in a rear pocket. I'll never go back to butyl tubes!

Edit: valve core started leaking for like, no reason.Not too hard to install. Valves are a little long, more options there would be nice.This may be a new brand but I got a Vittoria latex tube at the same time as this and the valve core malfunctioned and was not replaceable 👎.Will update this review if they fail without good reason.Update; problem free for a few hundred miles now. Got a small hole, used included patch and it's held up. Kudos.

From order to delivery took 2 days, so nice fast shipping. Items arrived and I verified they were the correct size that I ordered. So, now on to the product. These are super light. One tube is about 1.1 oz (31.2 g)...and that's about a 6th of the weight of a standard butyl rubber inner tube. So, there's the potential of shaving a little more than half a pound just by switching from butyl rubber tubes to these TPU tubes. I inflated each tube just enough to be able to test for leaks. They both held their air for over an hour, so I know they arrived without any punctures.The material is really thin and it really makes me wonder how well these will hold up. The base of the valve stem does appear to have a thick reinforcement, but I have seen a couple of photos where those have easily ripped. There's no retaining nut on the stem like I'm used to...but from what I've read, those are kind of old school and people have found they're not really needed. I don't know if that will be the case or not. With a typical butyl rubber tire, the stem usually "points" to the inside when it gets inflated. I noted that with these, their natural position will point to the side when inflated. Will that cause some additional stress at the base? I don't know...maybe? I'm also a little nervous about the seam where the tube seals. That looks a little sketch and I'm not sure how confident I am that it'll hold when up at 90 psi. We'll see I guess!The kit came with only a single valve cap...so I guess I'll have to make sure to hold on to it if/when I need to change the tires. There's a pair of plastic tire levers...great, I'll add them to my collection. And then there's a patch kit. There are 4 patches and then what appears to be 2 valve base patches. I'm assuming that's what they are...the instructions don't really address the patch kit at all and the website isn't loading.I'm not so sure about these right now. They weren't expensive so I figured I'd give them a try. My thought is that they're so light and take up so little space that they could be an acceptable spare to carry in my pack while on a ride. Hopefully, if I ever have the need to actually use them when out on a long ride, they'll hold up. I'll come back and update if/when they do eventually get used.

Haven't put a lot of miles on these yet, but seem to be very well made. I expected the levers to be cheap throw-aways but they also look to be well made and durable.
