You probably don't need an aftermarket steering stabilizer, and if you do, your steering setup is probably so highly modified that you need something more specialized than this stock replacement. But, the OEM style cheapie on my JKU became a noodle after 40k miles, and Bilstein not only goes the distance, it looks the part without the silly prices of more premium brands or sketchy reliability of similarly-priced but flashier options.

My first upgraded steering damper was a Tera flex then i got The tough country dual steering stabalizer and this blows them both out of the water ! Super Sturdy good material and it pairs perfect with my Barnes 4wd upgraded tie rod kit !

This one thing totally changed the feel of my steering. I'd love to be able to change all other suspension components right away. My Jeep, being about 17 years old, still had the original damper on it and it wasn't easy to remove in a couple of ways, but eventually, I got the thing off. Installing the new one was a breeze and as soon as I was done, I took the Jeep for a quick test drive. My steering felt much lighter and more responsive and I wish I could change all the other components immediately.

Works great! I have this on my jeep wj with a 6.5" lift and 33's. it really helped compared to the stock one and the upgraded hydraulic stabalizer I had on, before. Absorbs road imperfections better. Now, like everyone says, it does have a slight pull to it. But, it's not bad at all. I don't feel any pull as long as my hand is on the wheel. If I let go, obviously, it pulls but, great shock, none the less.
