These are a good bulk pack of basic 8-pack dividers. It's important to know that these are not 25-wrapped packages, which is what I was expecting, if you are planning to hand them out to separate users. These come in a single box, bulk packed together in one pile, with the inserts also all together. The holes are reinforced, but it's important to note, that aside from the holes, the paper these are on is VERY thin... if using these to flip section of a lot of paper, they would be prone to tearing where the index tabs connect to the paper. I'd recommend these more for single-use business presentation binders than for school binders or binders which will get a lot of use. With this caveat, recommend.

While the size is accurate, I was disappointed in these dividers. They were thin & flimsy plus many came bent, stained, and damaged (which was NOT a result of shipping). They were curved and do not lay flat. Their durability is questionable because of how thin they are. There were indeed 25 sets of 8 tabs included, but I had to throw away more than half because of damage. When I was using them in some of my binders, a few easily ripped just from turning the page. I expect bulk items to have the same quality and functionality as if I were buying them individually and unfortunately, these very much missed the mark. After too easily damaging too many of the dividers in the 12 sets I had left, I ended up removing them and throwing all of them out. The low quality very much hinders their functionality. This is not a good value.
