【Punching Capacity of 8 Sheets】The comb binding machine can manually punch up to 8 sheets of #20 paper at once without any misaligned holes or burrs. Note: Only 8 sheets of 20lb paper can be punched at a time, and covers should not be punched together with paper. Only one cover should be punched at a time, and it is recommended to use PVC or PP covers with a thickness of 6 mil or less, and no more than 12 mil. Cardstock up to 450g can also be punched.

Super product and works as described. The 1/4 inch was too small for the application but the 5/16 inch was perfect. I am using it on a small A5 size pamphlet with 29 pages of 21 pound paper with a 65 pound front and back cover.

I decided to make my own undated weekly planner because I could not find one that I liked. The commercial ones always cram Saturday and Sunday into the same space. I made one that allows more space for weekends. These covers and back pages are thick and strong enough to create a great planner for me. (I also had to buy a binding machine and backbones to complete my build.) This kit will probably last me for years because it has many covers and thick durable pages in multiple colors.
