I have this hooked up to my SDS 200. I live in a one-story home and it is taped to a window. Still, I get pretty good reception on a wide spectrum of frequencies. I will keep using this until I put up my outside antenna.

Works ok. Very cheaply made and doesn’t have a ton of range. Works fine for UHF but doesn’t get low band very well. Sound isn’t very clear unless I’m very close to the source. Broke when I tried to move it. Tested on Low and High VHF, and Low UHF

Gets 4 stars ... if you are only listening to digital /P25 type frequencies you will give this 5 stars . However, it's pretty poor for conventional frequencies. The antenna is very inconspicuous and I have it up and you would never know it's an antenna.

I put this on my basement window and it improved reception on my scanner. It's not very big 5" X 1 1/2" so it doesn't obstruct your view out the window. Good for car, house, cottage, boat and more. BNC connector.Good value for the money.

Looked like a good product but the end piece on it did not work on the booster I have .
