The quality is good and I love you can change the size as my puppy gets bigger. He's gained 13 pounds since I got him and it still fits him comfortably. He even has room to grow more.

This all looks lovely on my chihuahua Piper. I got xs and it fits well ( she is 9lbs). My only complaint is the stiffness of the material. The PVC is quite hard. My dog likes to sleep on her back with her legs on the air. So unlike other harnesses, the loops stick up rigidly and don’t lay down. I usually take the harnesses off anyway, but sometimes it’s convenient to leave it on, which I can’t do with this one.
