This is my second purchase. The first one went downstairs and after 5 years, it is still working perfectly. Toilet paper usage drops greatly. We put the second one upstairs. These are easy to install.. maybe 10 minutes. The heated seat is nice in the winter and the water temp is comfortable. It has all the pressure you could want. You can adjust spray position and pattern and most anything else... I just push the button. The blow dryer works well, but if you need to get going, you maybe need a quick pat pat with some paper. This thing is nice.. it looks like it was built in, it works very well, and it holds up for years. It will make you cleaner.. a regular toilet is not much different than an outhouse.

This bidet toilet seat is amazing! It work fantastically. I have used several other style and types of bidet add ones and this one does hands down the best job of cleanliness. The fan, warm seat and warm water are a great addition. Takes going to the restroom to a whole new level

I've been a long time bidet user, ever since a trip to Japan forced me to confront my own hesitations by having them in literally every bathroom in Tokyo. However, having said that, I've only known the chilling feeling of ice cold water, only ever using a very basic bidet. With years of use under my belt, and no desire to stop, I finally bit the bullet and bought this fancy bidet. Man, it is everything I wanted - temperature controlled water, heated seat, enema feature, ability to move the want to line things up for further ease of use, AND it even came with so much that I didn't know I'd like such as the night light! The wireless remote so far has been flawless and easy to use, keeping the toilet more tidy looking by not having the options on a side arm protruding out from the toilet seat, and every feature has also worked perfectly as intended. I feel the air dryer is a bit of a gimmick as I still don't trust it to truly dry me completely without sitting there for much longer than I'd like, so the TP hasn't completely been eliminated from my bathroom, but it does seem to help with the initial dry and subsequently reducing the amount of TP used even more than with my prior bidet. Overall, very pleased and don't know how I ever went through many winter months prior without a heating feature, but now I'm a changed man and won't ever look back!

UPDATE 2***Company finally got back to me with email steps to try.The fix worked and is functioning properly.Do like the cleanliness of a bidet, but not sure I should have spent $700. Probably could have gotten cheaper one that did the same basic functions.******THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW****After only exactly 60 days from my purchase, the seat sensor does not work properly. If the sensor doesn't work, the bidet does not function. After an hour with Amazon, they are of no use. They do not stand behind the items they sell, and want to charge me over $100 in restocking fees for an item they are NOT going to restock, as the item is INFERIOR. I paid $700 for this item! I tried contacting the seller and called their number. I was within their operating hours, but I got a message that said they were closed and to press 2 to leave a message. No such luck. Could not leave a message. My advice is to buy high-ticket items locally so that you have some recourse if the item does not work. A lot of good a 3 year warranty does when no one stands behind the item that was sold.Bottom line, I changed my rating from 5 to one star, and would give it less if I could. This is based on the product quality and the follow-up (more like lack of) that I have so far received for this item.I just got my Bio Bidet and was anxious to install it. I'm pretty much 'plumbing challenged' so I had my worries that this would be a difficult installation. Quite to the contrary, I had my bidet up and running in less than 30 minutes. The instructions were pretty clear, but I suggest you read them over once or twice and get familiar with the parts included. Installation was a snap. A "10" for installation.Next, I tested the features using the remote control. Again, quite easy to understand and set up. Remember you have to be sitting on the seat for the bidet to function. A "10" for the ease of using and setting up the remote.Lastly, I tested most of the functions. So far, I am delighted at the wash, dry, air freshening aspect of the bidet. There are many choices for washing and drying, so be sure to check out each one. Remember that you don't have to wait until the function finishes - you can stop any function at any time. A "10" for bidet functions to this point. I'm looking forward to adjusting and refining the cleaning options.I don't know why I waited so long to get a bidet. I was introduced to them when I traveled to Asia and was curious about them in the USA. They leave you much cleaner and will really cut down on the toilet paper usage, which is an issue with people like me who have septic tanks. All I can say is that I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Another hint I will give you. I purchased some cord holders from Amazon and had a few left, so I used them when installing the bidet system. You can hardly see them in the picture, which is the idea. Great way to keep all your cords organized and free from getting caught while cleaning, etc.I will leave you with a song (to the tune of 'Sitting on the Dock of the Bay')"SITTING ON MY BIO BIDET, WATCHING THE CLOUDS ROLL AWAY...I will post updates as needed. Our first bidet after a trip to Tokyo a month ago and despite the luxury price we went with this model elongated BB2000, as we were not sure about wanting to replace the whole toilet (we ended up replacing another toilet with a smart one and review is available via my profile for Arrisea). Now the first thing we noticed is that the pipes they provide did not create a proper seal and necessitated a run to the hardware store to find the right 3/8 and 1/2 inch combinations. The instructions were very clean and a PDF sheet of all the functions are stuck to my wall next to the remote. I called the support line to talk about the pipes and they promptly sent me the same replacement, which was of no use for now, as i was using Stainless steel pipes. As others have noted , securing the toilet to the bowl with those plastic knobs via a metal plate creates a sliding toilet seat problem. After first use, I noticed that the seat seemed smaller than my previous regular elongated seat, so I got the tape measure to verify as seen in the picture (most smart toilet seats are smaller by and 1 to 1.5 inches. Now I am a skinny guy but I was still sliding down and had to squeeze my rear to make sure I was seated properly when the water sprayed!Lastly the blue light, very distracting but glad that it can be turned off. Despite the price tag it will be still recommended assuming that the warranty holds up. Will update if that changes

Excellent product. Packaged very well. Unpacking went smoothy. Reviewing the instructions, I found them just a tad lacking,...but as you progress with the install it starts to become self explanatory.Unit comes with a new water supply hose for your toilet, which is not common these days. All install parts required were supplied, including batteries for the remote.Installation proper was straight forward and unchallenging. The installed unit baffled me for a few minutes, until I discovered the receiver for the remote was on the RH side of the seat. Bidet operation was intermittent until I held the remote in my right hand, and beside my right leg. This placed the remote in closer proximity to the reciever and everything worked perfectly. We live in an area where our water pressure is lower than what you find in a city setting. I studied bidets and water pressure. The Bio Bidet BB 1000 and 2000 models always reviewed highest for water pressure delivered to your bottom. The 1000 is actually better for delivered water pressure. But the 2000 supplies endless warm water to your bottom, where the 1000 has a limited supply of warm water, after which cold water is applied to your bottom. So we opted for the 2000 and find its water pressure more than adequate,. however I typical utilize the highest pressure option the 2000 delivers. Our sewer system is a septic system. Our toilet paper usage has plummeted since installing the BB 2000. Its crazy how much TP we used before the bidet. Its also crazy how much cleaner you feel after using a bidet over TP. Its seriously leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of the shower. I now dread using another, bidetless toilet for my #2's. And upon returning home I promptly visit my BB 2000 to "freshen up."Just get one. You'll feel so much cleaner it'll make everyday brighter and happier.

I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some "working space" in front of you when sitting down. Unfortunately, I can't provide specifics on the best measurements to look for as the tank relates to the bowl and how the seat is mounted because there are dozens of different toilets available. At the end of the day, it's not a deal breaker but it is a minor inconvenience in our situation. Overall, totally recommend the BioBidet BB2000R.

When visiting Japan last year we were impressed with their bidet toilets. I did extensive research and the highest rated brand and model were the BioBidet BB-2000. The item was well packaged and delivered on time. The instructions were very informative and the installation was simple with a modicum of knowledge about plumbing connections. The BioBidet 2000 is extremely well designed and includes all of the most important features that you would want in a premium bidet. The remote is intuitive and the operation is very effective and easy. My wife is remote-challenged, but learned how to operate the bidet after one (ok, maybe two) sessions. The sprays are very adjustable as to type, strength and width. The seat warmer heats up fast even on the eco setting. The blue light is great for those trips in the middle of the night. The deodorizer actually works well, but the dryer does take a long time to work effectively (a minor complaint). We remain very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this model to anyone who wants a quality bidet toilet seat.
