This is the BEST air filter I've ever had. I bought one a couple of years ago and am so impressed with it, I bought another one the other day. They are easy to cut down. I have mine in a filter frame and when it's time to clean it, I use my handheld shower head and run water through it until the water runs clear. Air moves easily through the filter even when it's time to clean it. It is lightweight, yet very sturdy. After cleaning the filter I let it drain for a couple of hours then I tap it to get those little water bubbles out and it dries overnight. I bought the second one so I can pop it into the cold air return without waiting for the other one to dry. This has been one of the best investments...no more disposable filters.

This is a good quality washable, high-flow prefilter. At MERV 6, it cuts our larger airborne particles without really affecting flow pressure (your fan won't have to work significantly harder), saving your main filter to trap smaller irritants - and even with a HEPA filter at the furnace intake already, I'm seeing an improvement in air quality after a week of adding these filters to my cold air return vents.I can't speak to longevity yet, but they feel solid cutting the material and fitting it in my vent registers (there's a nice amount of spring, so if you're using this in old-school registers that are not designed for filters as I am, you can cut the pads slightly larger than necessary and they will compression-fit themselves to help block edge gaps), and they held together through a test washing I did, so the initial material quality seems good.I will strongly recommend everyone with an old forced air system do what I did and add prefilters of some kind to the return vents. Go high-flow for the prefilters and get a high-MERV HEPA for the main filter, and improve your life along with your home air quality.

My AC company recommended I buy a new better fitting filter. I bought these and they work excellent. You can cut them to fit the exact size you need. They’re easy to clean, the air flows through them easily, and they trap all the dog hair floating through my house. I bought 2 so one can dry after washing and one is always being used.

We bought these for our new furnace since the installer of the furnace recommended using this type of filter in it instead of the usual paper ones. They are very nice and seem to keep the dust down. They are easy to clean. Depending on the season, I either spray them with a hose outside or put them in the shower and spray them off. I bought a couple of them so that when one is dirty I have the other one to use while the dirty one is being washed and dried. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reusable filter.

I’ve used lots of different brands over the years, and these are the best quality of any. You can’t see through them like you can some others, and when you clean them, you can tell just how substantial they are because the water doesn’t just shoot right through them. Get the two pack so you have one to use while the other one dries after you clean it.

I live in a manufactured home and so the heater is kind of an "off size", if you get what I mean. The filter replacements that the owner kept purchasing that are encased in that cardboard never fits correctly. After some research, I landed on this product and it's perfect! What I really am happy about is that it's washable and reusable. Highly recommend.

This air filter is well worth buying! I used it to replace the air filters around my home and it traps so much fur and dust. It is about 1†thick and looks kind of like a sponge. It doesn’t affect air flow. I just use an air compressor and then wash it whenever it needs cleaned. It has saved me a lot of money and reduced a lot of waste.
