OK, these are stones. Like as in black stones that have been tumbled so they're like polished obsidian (well not that shiny). But they're nice. If you have the Baby Biorb, I'd pass. If you have the 8 gallon, they'll be OK, but they'll cover the bottom. I have the 16 gallon and these look great. I'm adding a picture. My Biorb has to be in our kitchen and we get a lot of algae, so I figured the plastic plants would go and the stones would go in, because they're black, decorative and they're easy to clean. So my aquascaping is as minimal as it gets. Anyhow, I hope the Feng Shui works and any negativity that my goldfish (yes, I have had goldfish for THREE years in a Biorb -and they're doing great, thank you) and any negativity that might head our way is gone too.If you want a bag of polished rocks for your aquarium, you can't go wrong here :-) Talk about an easy-maintenance addition!

the reason some people got bad colors in their rocks is because they don't believe in Feng Shui. You cant just add 6 rocks to your aquarium and suddenly your house is warm and peaceful. Read up on Feng Shui if you dont know about it. If your rocks look bad, you may need to rearrange some furniture. Also, leave them in the tank for awhile before you decide. If you just opened the package and had a black rock, that may say more about your mail carrier than it does about the rocks.This stuff isn't voodoo, as I once suspected. I moved my couch in my living room so that it faces a different direction, and more people have been coming over (for about 18 months now)!

Im overall pretty disappointed. I was anticipating colorful, bright blue and green stones like the photo suggested. Something that would stand out against my white gravel. However, I got these gross orange/red stones and dull grey/blue stones instead.Overall, I like the size, but HATE the colors as I didnt get what was advertised in the photo. If you dont care about the color and want some soild smooth rocks, this is the product for you.

These are nice and smooth. I love the green color. What I have in the picture is pretty much one pack. If you want them to go all around, you’ll need two packs.
