First of all the product doesn't show under my orders so there is no way for me to return! Secondly how the heck do you put this on without instructions???? Says easy to put on but for a first time buyer of any harness I don't want to guess and hurt my parrot in the process. Thirdly it says durable fleece! Nope not at all it's flimsy lightweight cotton material and is too small for my bird even though it said my parrot species will fit into it. So over all crap and I can't even return it.
