We'd had our raspberry cane's, blueberry bushes and grape vines for six years with barely a half cup of fruit over those years to show for our efforts. This year, we bought the forty foot long netting to protect the row of blueberries and waited to see whether we would actually see any ripe berries. It was a miracle! Birds have always raided these bushes long before they turned blue, but this year we harvested over six pints! We've now purchased another of the same netting for our raspberries and will buy another for the grapes. It is soft enough to form itself around the bushes, lightweight, and the openings are small enough to keep birds out. Although we pinned it to the ground with ground stakes when we first put it on, it soon took the shape of the bushes beneath. That allowed us to remove the stakes when it was time to pick (and leave them out!), making picking much easier. We did make sure, however, to buy netting large enough to reach the ground on two sides and used zip-ties to close the ends. The one bush at the end that we didn't cover once again produced no ripe berries. When it was time to remove the netting, we carefully pulled the few new plant stems (don't wait too long to remove it to avoid a major hassle here) through the netting and placed it on the ground next to the bushes, bunching it up into a long "rope" of netting. I then used zip-ties to hold each end tightly together and coiled the "rope" around my arm, making it easy to store and simple to open back up.Our plan is now to eventually buy enough of this netting for all of our fruit-bearing plants, including the trees. It works great!

While I have always hated regular bird netting, this woven heavy-duty netting allows me to cover my strawberries and other vulnerable plants easily and without stress or hassles. No more tangling and snagging. And easy to cut to needed size. I love, love, love it. All of the others can (and have) gone in the trash.

Used this to cover my ground cover to keep the leaves off this fall. This saves me a lot of time picking the leaves out of it. Works great.

We bought this for the chicken area. It is huge and fills the area and easy to put up!

I used this to cover a 10 x 20 chicken run and it worked perfect. The grid small, which is what I needed and the material is very strong.
