Suprised how fast it arrived. Assembly was quick and easy. Came with xtra perch and screws. Perfect size for table top or cage top. Sturdy quality. I would recommend this item. Value for the money. And looks good too.

I've been looking for a play stand that would work for when I travel with my kakariki. She's small and so I didn't need anything insane, but those single perch collapsible stands wouldn't cut it. She needed something to actually play on. I found this and I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical. It had no reviews and I was going in sorta blind with no idea what to expect, but I was really pleasantly surprised! The construction is pretty solid, it's a decent size when opened up and assembled but very compact when folded up. It's lightweight but it seems sturdy, the metal is powder coated and should hopefully have a decent lifespan. Setup was quick and easy, as was teardown. My only complaint is this thing should come with a carry case! I think that would make travel with it a bit easier, but luckily I have a bag that fits it perfectly. I hung some toys on it with baby links (there's not really anywhere you can fit a pear link or a quick link, but the baby links work just fine). The bowls are quite convenient as well, great for some snacks and water during playtime. I have yet to actually travel with it, I will update when I have more info and have used it a bit!

Very heavy sturdy, they give you an extra you and extra perch. I gave it 4 stars only because the metal tray was delivered dented.

My Cockatiel loves this playground. I have it on top of her cage, and she plays on it everyday and spends hours on it, especially with her favorite toy attached to it. She climbs all over the playground and gets lots of exercise. Took my Cockatiel a few days to get used to it, she was terrified of it at first, but she eventually warmed-up to it and now really enjoys it. Wondered why a ladder didn't come with it for the first perch, ordered another ladder, then found out my Cockatiel was able to climb-up to the first perch from the bottom, without the aid of a ladder. Still have the ladder anyway, options for her. Also added a longer ladder that allows my Cockatiel to climb to the second perch from the very bottom. My cockatiel can chew her heart out on this and won't damage it. It is much easier to clean and put together than other bird playgrounds I have experienced. I love the metal. Other bird playgrounds I have had have been all wood. A pain to glue and put all together. Didn't last very long; my Cockatiel would chew through the wood in a matter of days. They were also very hard to clean. Thank you for making and supplying this item. Highly recommend for cockatiels.

I'm not thrilled that it cost over $50, however, it's the perfect size for small and medium birds so you can have them fairly contained on table tops. The ladders fell apart immediately and are garbage, but that doesn't matter to me since the spacing is decent where they can hop or step over from perch to perch. It's much sturdier than the play gym I built myself and it came with an extra dowel, so that's nice. One thing that would make it even better would be if the dowels were replaced by actual thin branches so it would be better for birds' feet. I'd give it like a 4.2 to 4.5 out of 5. I may buy another one. Included a pic of African Grey and green cheek conure on it.

I acquired a 14 year old Quaker. Her wings are fused, she's never flown she can't even flutter to the ground. At any height, she hits the floor hard and it stuns and bruises her. It breaks my heart. She's plucked bald on chest and back. Last owner had her for six years. She was never in a cage, or on a perch, had a toy, but a 12 inch by 12 inch cold metal stand that you set a plant on.She was very stiff when she moved, would not use her feet to hold anything. I bought this for the size for her to hopefully start to climb. It worked. I did buy another 5 inch ladder for the bottom to the first perch.On the second Vet visit, Doctor did notice her moving a lot better.I have a 3 inch foam dog pad under where ths play stand is, because she still loses her balance. I added a rattly beaded toy, and for the first time in 3 months, she went over and shaked the heck out of it.This play gym is extremely easy to keep clean, heavy that it doesn't slide or move. The best for me is the metal tray at the bottom. I usually line my cages/gyms with paper towels to just fold up and toss when it gets dirty. But having the removable metal tray is great because if it gets dirty, I just lift it out to wash in the sink.I am a 66 year old fumbling ol' lady put it together without any exasperation. It's sturdy and easy for me to lift and put in a different spot. Right now she's buy a huge window with sunshine.

i gave 4 stars just because it terrified my bird. not sure why, i thought it was the best playground ever, but i include my african grey judgment in the main rating, so i reduce it from 5 to 4 (she would have rated it as 0 i guess but who knows why. I would have rated the best ever.
