Works for Segway es4. Charger works fine although a little slower charge rate witch is fine and better for the batteries prolonged life. Fast charging is great and all but shortens battery life keep that in mind when using chargers with higher charge rate.

I do not believe that this is an actual 42v 2 amp charger meant for scooters. Compared to every other scooter charger I’ve seen or used, this one is tiny and feels very cheap and light. It looks more like a cheap laptop charger. It boasts the same 42v 2a output as my original charger that came with my scooter, but it takes 8+ hours to charge and that’s from 30% battery. The original could fully charge from 0% in a minimum of 5 hours. I ride this to work and to go home at lunch and I was already having to plug it in when I came home from work just to have enough battery to get back to work and then home once I get off work. This charger wouldn’t even make a difference as slow as it is charging. Probably not the best idea, but I was able to luckily find a 3 amp 42v charger that belonged to my old scooter. For now it’s doing the trick but I’m afraid it will damage the battery if I use it continuously. Spring for one of the more expensive chargers. This charger is useless.

Got an Avopro scooter secondhand and it didn't come with the charger. Picked this puppy up and bingo, now I am in business. It's best to plug the scooter in first, then plug in the wall to avoid spark drama.

Inflation across the board. As you can see the charger has gotten smaller. If feels cheap. The cables are shorter & thinner. Compared to my previous ones. Plugged it in and it worked. Output listed as 42v @ 2mA. Will see how long they last. Your not getting what you pay for. Your getting what they give you
