Color of the two decoys is much more realistic than the pictured representation in the add.Our old very weathered owl decoys are retired and going to the barn after ten successful years.

I was a bit dubious about this, but decided to try it out.I have landscaping with plants and rock next to my pool. I have tons of birds as I live on a mountain. EVERY day for several weeks the birds starting coming around the time of the sprinklers and would start digging for insects and flipping rocks onto my pool deck.Every day I would have at least 30 or more rocks on the deck to clean up.I put it out at first without much thought - and laughed the next day when I saw it knocked over and several rocks (although not as many).I decided to give it a real try and carefully place and anchor it into as menacing a position as I could.That was over 2wks ago - AND NO ROCKS!!!!!working so far for me...

Seems to have kept the garden birds out of our warehouse and from leaving droppings on our cartons. Not a falcon, but artistic license aside, indiscernible light gull grey feathers between a Sparrow Hawk with breast markings of a Red Tail Hawk? Correct me if I'm wrong, OK? The paint has started to peel off after 3 months, so now, I'll have the artistic license to repaint it like a local bird of prey, haha. Good value and low price. Wish its eyes were yellow instead of red.Update: the paint flakes off when I sprayed it with a garden hose. Embarrassing cheap.

It came with a cracked bottom by the plug. I glued it and it’s fine now. I like the red eyes, kind of scary just in time for Halloween.

We had a problem with birds leaving droppings on the cars. We tried an owl and it make no difference. We keep the falcons on the cars and the cars are clean.

Only birds I've seen on my patio is those flying in and then leaving fast. So far so goodUPDATE - Well that didn't last long. After only 2 days in place, a woodpecker sat on it's head of all things. In the week since, I've moved it twice and the woodpecker still comes in to raid the hummingbird feeder directly in front of this. Haven't been invaded by pigeons though. So I think it's good for anything other than woodpeckers.UPDATE 2 - This won't tolerate the hot desert summer, even when under a patio cover. Breast paint has split and falling off.

So I had a problem with seagulls messing up my boat and dock..I've had to spray down my dock and boat on a weekly basis.After I purchased two of these decoy Hawks. I haven't had any problems with any seagulls dropping bombs no where close to my boat or dock..Highly recommended...

The product is as per the description but it had effect only the first couple of days, after that birds started to come back again. It might be effective if paired with other ultrasonic or laser devices.

I did not like this product. It did not work for me at all. It did not scare any birds and the materials are really bad quality.
