Such a cute little hat for my daughter's 2nd birthday! The scallop pom-pom detail around the bottom of the party hat was soft so it didn't bother my daughter's head. The pom-pom on the top is made out of think yarn, is soft and looks high-quality. None of the glitter rubbed off the elastic chin strap fit well around my daughter's head and was not too tight!The glitter would probably start wearing off if it was used for more than one wear, which is why I would only give it four stars. This was a great last-minute impulse buy!!

This hat survived a party night . A bunch of kids tossed it around and pulled on the strings as they all attempted to put it on for a picture. The hat survived r,therefore , is made of great quality . A comfortable hat . It didn’t bother my two year old at all .

This is my second time purchasing these party hats for my twin girls. Last year the "1" hat fit my girls perfectly, but this year the straps on the "2" hats were huge! We made it work long enough for a quick picture, but I wish the sizing was more consistent. Other than that, the hat is well made and super cute!
