Extra Thick Material

Safety is our main concern. Our pregnancy exercise ball was created with 1100 -1400g slip resistant 16p Free PVC material to give mothers extra support during that special day. The different movements performed on a labor ball during pregnancy can require more support than a standard exercise ball. We have performed various stress tests to ensure our birth balls will support you when you need it the most. We use our own products and understand the importance of safety.

Non Slip Socks

Non Slip Ball & Socks!

You will have enough on your mind during labor, the last thing you need to worry about is a cold hospital floor. It is important to keep in mind that hospital slip and falls can be very common.

Floors and flooring materials contribute directly to more than 2 million fall injuries each year. In 2016, slips and falls accounted for over 1 million hospital visits, or 12% of total falls.

I wish I had a birth ball with previous pregnancies. I got to labor my last child on a birth ball, and I liked it so much that I was planning to get myself a birth ball with this pregnancy closer to due date. My back started hurting at about 20 weeks and I decided not to wait and buy a birth ball. It took some time reading about different birth/exercise balls, because I didn’t want to buy a cheap quality ball and take the risk of it popping while exercising on it. This birth ball costs more than some of the other ones I looked at, but finally I decided to get it. I really like it and do not regret paying a little more for it. The pain that I experienced in my back sitting on a chair or a couch, even after chiropractic adjustments, disappeared once I started doing exercises on this ball. I believe the exercises on the birth ball helped with some other health issues as well. I have other kids, so I don’t get a chance to exercise on the ball daily, but looking forward to laboring at home with this ball as long as I can, before going to the birthing center. Also, looking forward to using the ball postpartum.I have used this ball for almost 9 weeks, and my kids used it some to jump on it, and it has held well.*** I am about 5’7.5” and I got size 75cm. It is the perfect height for me (I probably have longer legs). When it was inflated to about 80% as recommended for first week, it was too low for me, and was uncomfortable. Once inflated to almost 100%, my knees are at the right angle to my hips.

I used this product to help ease pelvic pain and discomfort I was having in my 34th and 35th week of pregnancy. I liked how it eased my pain and the instructions it came with for the multipurpose use it’s for. Very informative which I also liked! If you’re really trying to go into labor this IS THE BALL!!!The point of this post is thanks to this ball for getting my labor moving. I now have a healthy 12 pound baby who was ready to shoot out like a football and move out all by himself.

I went for the smaller size at first because that’s what was recommended for under 5’9” height. ( I’m 5’7”) I’m not a very heavy person but the extra weight from pregnancy really sinks you into the ball. It’s important for your hips and knees to be at a 90 degree angle. Unless you’re petite, maybe under 5’5” I would say just get the big one. I ended up returning the smaller one and getting the big one, which was perfect. Otherwise the quality of the ball is nice, and having the pump is a nice convenience.

I’ve bought 3 balls and this is by far the best one. I use it to exercise, prepare for birth and as a chair at my desk. 10/10

Purchased the size the chart told me to. Which was the smaller one because I’m short. Unfortunately, I have a short torso but long legs which meant I was not in the appropriate position for any of the exercises with this ball. Purchased a larger one for $20 that I used for labouring at home until I went to the hospital where I used theirs.
