I put black lights in my man cave to illuminate the darkness and give me ambient lighting and I have had black lights for a long time but these LED black lights are so much brighter that you cannot shine them directly on they need to be in a lamp facing upward otherwise it's too bright I had a 5 goose neck lamp with 5 of them in edit basically lit up the whole room like daylight in pitch black so just be very careful because these particular lights are exceedingly brighter than traditional black they work amazing but they are succeedinly bright

The light is good and bright you just can’t put them in a fixture with a cover because they are larger than standard bulbs

These things are slick! Wanted a little spooky flair in the foyer! Love it! The light will activate all things blacklight! Just went from the old fashioned blacklight bulbs to the led.. amazing!! Way less heat, better light, the packaging was questionable, but seems to have done the trick! Just installed them, so I have no idea how long they will last but they are legit so far. The are kind of big too.. normal size base but large bulb globe, should be used for an open type fixture.

These black lights were great for our glow party. One light bulb didn’t work. Which made me give it a lower star rating. The other three worked awesome so I guess if that bulb had come on I would have given a higher rating.

I bought some black lights at my local Walmart for cheap and I was so disappointed they weren't the real UV black lights that makes things look cool for Halloween. I returned those and bought these instead and work perfectly for my haunted house!

I bought a 4 pack in Feb 2023 and now my 3rd one has gone out. I wouldn't recommend them since they don't seem to last long. Thought LED bulbs would last a long time, well not these. Looking for another brand to replace already. They were fine when they worked. I didn't thing they were too bright, but might depend on what you are plugged into. I have open light fixtures. Overall, not happy with this purchase.
