This is almost a four star, but not quite. It is vinyl and fits my tonfas just fine. But but they do slide somewhat. When I look at some of my friends, mine is much better. So that is why I am giving it a 3.5 star rating. I like to decorate everything, and I was able to put a sticker on it and have it stay. I don't know if it would be able to be painted, though. Not bad at all.

My tonfa won’t fit in the sleeves, but do fit in the case. You get what you pay for. It’ll work.
