Saved a lot of bucks buying this refurbished food processor. Packed and looked brand new. It is smallish, but works like a charm. It has a good sized feeding tube, unlike so many other brands. Very pleased with purchase!

I bought this to make our dogs food. It works just like I hoped it would. I am now finding more uses for it and know I will find more. It is so easy to use I don't know why I never bought one.

I have really put mine into work since its arrival 30 days ago. I've made salsas, smoothies, soup bases, pie fillings, ground cookies & wafers for pie crusts, and more. Minimal noise and no struggling to chop or puree anything I've fed it so far. Simple to operate. Being a food processor, it's not good for "chopping", as in dice-sized chunks, but for smooth to somewhat-chunky thick consistencies, it's great!Its only drawback is that the low capacity for really liquid-y ingredients, Black and Decker has always been a reliable brand in all types of items from workshop to kitchen.

I had this same model for so many years I can't remember and it does great. I broke the plastic insert of the grader by pushing too hard on a brick of cheese (same cheese I've grated many many many times - I don't consider this a product issue, I consider it years of use and abuse). I researched many other brands and models as a replacement but ended up coming back to this one because it did me so well for many years before and the cost is lower than some of the other "better" brands that don't get as good of reviews. I like the upgrades of less plastic and the attachment into the motor. The blades are SHARP, I cut myself washing the grader...small, but I would be careful if children are in the house - not a huge deal for my adult household. I gave 4 stars on blending instead of 5 simply because it doesn't blend like a blender - I wouldn't make my smoothie in this vs my high power blender. However, it blends up pesto, hummus, nut butters, etc perfectly fine! My only complaint is I wish the manufacture would make the replacement parts more cost effective....I would have liked to have just replaced the grader on my old processor but that piece alone was $30 so it made more sense to purchase a whole new machine. I donated the old one so hopefully it doesn't end up in the landfill soon, but it would be much more eco friendly to have cost effective parts.
