I have steadily hooked, unhooked, and re-hooked up this washer and it shakes so bad I’m scared it’s going break stuff no matter how level it is and this is with very small loads! It’s been a nightmare It was hard enough getting it in my camper and set in spot it will be a nightmare to have to take this out but I can’t even use it because of the horrible shaking. Not recommended

Great for small spaces. We bought for our RV. Came in SLIGHTLY damaged but this was our 4th one. We ordered 3 before this from Home Depot and they come in absolutely crushed and Amazon was able to get us this one with some very slight cosmetic damage to the top case. This was the only reason we couldn’t give it a 5 star.

Man, what a bad product this is. We purchased a black and decker combo of this washing machine and a compact dryer. Dryer came physically damaged, already returned. The washing machine looks to be in good shape with no visible damage, but that’s about where the good experience ends.First issue is that it goes extremely out of balance with ANY item inside. Could be just a small rag, it will make the spin cycle want to flip this machine upside down and take it on a walk across the house.Second issue is, you got any clothes that require cold washing only? Too bad! This thing will use boiling hot water regardless of your choice of temperature. You can select “Cold†as much as you want, it’ll always use hot water only. Try selecting “warm†or anything other than Cold and you wont be able to touch the clothes afterwards because of how hot it is.Returning it and dont think I’ll order another one.

We were super excited about this produce, however, the big disappointment came during the rinse cycle, the machine started to walk with NO clothes in it on the first wash try out...as bad as I hated to send it back, i need too...still without a washer

The right front side is broken off. The back left side is broken and missing screw and attachment. Need replaced or compensated
