I've had this product since October 2024, and I have to say that I am pleased with it for the most part. I use ESE espresso pods, and it makes a really good espresso which is comparable with a machine worth $400. The reason why it is not a five star review is due to the machine often times getting stuck on warming up, and the buttons flash for a long time. The fix to this is to turn off the machine for 30-45 seconds, and then power it on again. I am not sure if many people have this issue, but if your patient, it is not a dealbreaker. At least for me it isn't.

I have this product over 30 days should have returned but threw box away. Takes forever to heat Taken up to 20 minutes. Some times I have to unplug and repug in, turn on and it works. Pay for what get

Great little espresso machine. Crema is fantastic from it and has pretty easy to use functionality. I do have issues with it being inconsistent with how long it takes to warm up. Sometimes it is ready to brew within 1-2 mins, other times it takes 10+ minutes and me starting to steam function for it to kick over to brew-ready. May be a malfunctioning unit, because I’m not seeing that complaint elsewhere. Other than that, it’s an affordable, decent machine.

Although its small and sleek this espresso maker is NOT worth it. It stops working correctly after a few times. The replacement that was sent did the same exact thing. Not worth the back and forth!!
