So far I love this edger, easy to use the auto feed works well as long as you wind the line on correctly, it's very very powerful easy to carry and is also a versatile unit, cut or trim in a direction away from windows and wear glasses, you will be very satisfied if you buy one of these and use it the correct way. After two short years of using the Black & Decker cordless weedeater, the battery died would no longer hold a charge. It was out of warranty and there was a lot of information on the Internet about how bad these batteries were. I chose not to replace it. Having a long extension cord from my older weed eating days I decided to buy what I thought was a cheap plug-in model to do my once a year weeding. There is nothing cheap about this weedeater it works great! So much lighter then the battery model and easier to use with the exception of dealing with the cord but I found that very easy to get used to. It is very light and easy to use also it is very powerful. The biggest and best surprise was that the automatic string feeder in the head flawlessly. I don't know how it works but it automatically feeds the line out as it senses or line. Awesome!PROs:Inexpensive (One quarter of the price of a cordless model)lightweight and easy to use. What more can I say? The title says it all. THIS product works more than advertised. Firstly, the string trimmer works better than advertised. It was affordable and works with most any string line. I use a strong line to cut myself. I like that I have complete control while handling, and it cuts pretty close to the edge. The only issues I've had is that the connection to the power cable isn't sized very well, and it's sometimes hard to get the plug to fit where it should on the product. Also, it can be easy to accident "nick" the power cord if you're not aware of where it's laying. Other than that, it's something I'd suggest buying if your yard is like mine, and isn't large enough to go full mow.

I love this weed eater! I purchased this and a Black and Decker electric mower that were delivered on the same day. The mower was garbage and couldn't even be used, but my lawn had to be cut and couldn't wait. So, I plugged this baby in and used it to cut both my front and back yards (which are not massive, but they are fairly big).The grass was wet and approximately 3 foot high (and quite thick). It took 3 spools of string, but the lawn looked amazing when I was done. It cut so well and so powerfully that it only took 2 hours to finish both.Here's how easy it is to use: I have dystonia and limited use of my left arm, shoulder, and leg because of it. It's so light weight that I had no trouble using it. It's extremely easy to control and to replace the string. It's as powerful as a gas powered weed eater, but lighter than a bag a trash being taken out of the house.If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

This is.An amazing product that I've been able to use to clear weeds.Trash Plants, Tall brass, If I take my time I can eat and cut through black berry bushes 1 day when I was in the back 40 a black bear showed up.And I was able to use this to fight him off. I am alive because of this product and I will forever be a black.And decker man.

Very pleased with this weed eater. Last weed eater I purchased had two string outlets that constantly got entangled. It was a pain from day one. This one has a single-line feed and feeds the line automatically. Cuts it automatically as well. Sturdy construction and powerful. Nice product.

Trimmer came nicely packaged, protective shield and handle were easy to install. Trimmer is simple to use, plug it in, pull the trigger and away you go. It's well balanced, light weight and easy to manuver. 5 amps is plenty for cutting dense 12 inch tall grass and weeds with 1/2 inch stems. The automatic feeder works as intended with no issues so far.The reason for the 3 star rating is because the handle doesn't always stay in the set position. It semi frequently comes loose and slips a couple notches suddenly making the trimmer unbalanced. I then have to pause what I'm doing to readjust it, it's not a deal breaker since I'm able to get decent amount of work done in between adjustments. However it is extremely annoying when it does happen and considering something as simple as an adjustable handle shouldn't have issues at all, I gave it 3 stars.

Product is of US standard i.e of 120v, which couldn't be use in India as indian standard power is 220-240v. It's of no use in India. Even no power cable provided with the product.hence would like to return the product.

Super funcional. La compré porque la de mis papás la necesitaban de modo que estaba buscando algo barato. La potencia es suficiente para desbrozar pasto largo. Es fácil de usar. Mi casa cuenta con paneles entonces no siento un golpe a los kW pero si lo usan frecuentemente probablemente noten un aumento. Eso sà ahorrarán gasolinazo aceite y demás. Es bastante más silenciosa que una de gasolina y no huele tan mal como esa. Obviamente no despide olores ni humo ni nada. El único inconveniente quizás, es si tienen un jardÃn grande tendrán que dejar que la máquina descanse después de unos 20 minutos.

Una Desbrozadora con excelente costo beneficio, cumple sin problema y sin mayor esfuerzo para lo que fue hecha.Tiene un motor potente, corto césped muy alto y algo de maleza con absoluta facilidad.El único inconveniente que le encontré fue que el carrete que trae tiene muy poco hilo, asà que les recomiendo comprar el paquete de 3 u otros.
