VTEC Conversion Engine Guard And Dowel Pins

Our BP Block Girdle Conversion Kit works with all B-Series Engines. Additional OE parts needed for the conversion are: GSR Oil Pan, GSR Oil Pick Up, GSR Windage Tray, GSR or Type R Main Cap Bolts. This Kit is built to protect your low end for High Reving VTEC or forced induction engines from deflection and distortion utilizing our custom CNC design and high strength T6 aircraft aluminum build. This kit also comes complete with our decreasing radius dowels. Each groove and corner of this part is precision machined to fall into place when you install this kit. Dont risk your build to any second rate kit that will break due to sloppy tolerances. This kit is a perfect addition to nearly any horsepower rating and can withstand prolonged race applications.

This brand girdle is legit. Feels a lot tougher than OEM gsr. This is my 3rd girdle I had to purchase from other manufacturers because the other two I bought, the dowel pins were to small by .005” to fit the ARP main studs. These will fit the ARP studs just perfect.

This has good CNC work and powder coat is done well. The dowel pins are a bit loose on the main caps but the ARP mains tightened it up nicely. Machine shop says it is not a concern. Clearances is are right for the crank and the windage tray. (Must use GSR oil pan, windage tray, and pickup). It’s solid for an off brand part. Good cheap insurance.
