Bought this to replace my broken tail rotor. I had a spare white one but figured I’d use the orange one to help with visibility. It actually stands out quite well over the white ones. Helps with high altitude/far away flights and distinguishing the tail from nose (especially if you fly without a canopy).

Came appropriately packaged for the type of item, on time. Fits 230s V1 and V2, the advantage to using this on the V1 is that it is much thicker at the blades and center hub. Rebalance your bird after installing and relieve and trim flight after install.

This item is the poster child for the saying, "You get what you pay for..." In other words not a great product. But the price was. I put the first rotor on and barely turned past finger tight and it cracked completely thru the hub in one spot qnd about 2/3 the way thru in another...Now I've been wrenching alot of years and I know about over torqueing and am pretty good a not breaking things dueto too much torque. So I was floored when the thing cracked thru... I ended up using the other one and threw the other out...cheap plastics...maybe thats why you get 2 cuz they already know you're gonna break the first one on the initial install... Go carbon fiber. Costs a little more, but "You get what you pay for."

The tail rotor snapped before the helicopter got off the ground. The screw was not over tightened and the blades didn’t hit anything. Garbage product.

Break very easily. ..ok for the money...but would definitely replace with the carbon fiber blade...if you even touch the ground a little bit with these they will break....I've had two of them that had a hairline fracture....they ended up coming apart under RPM during flight....then you will wreck your heli and it might cost you way more than "just spending the extra on the carbon fiber rotor.....just buy the carbon fiber one right away....!

Die Rotor-Aufnahme ist extrem empfindlich. Einerseits muss drauf geachtet werden, dass die Achsaufnahme asymmetrisch ist- aufpassen beim Aufstecken. Andererseits beim Anziehen der Sicherungsschraube diese nur sehr leicht anziehen und mit Schraubensicherung versehen. Ansonsten splittert der Rotor sofort auseinander.
