I was skeptical, but I shelled out the 40 bucks for this gadget because quite frankly, I could never get all the batter out of my blendtec jar. I am thrilled to report that this got all the banana bread batter out. It was like a miracle. No more wooden spoons and rubber scrapers, the Spectacula Spatula does the trick.

The shape and texture of this spatula is excellent. I broke the one I got with the Twister jar but using to knead some heavy dough (my mistake) and felt so upset I ruined one of the best bowl scrapers/spatulas I ever had that I had to get a replacement. It really does a great job.Update 2020: so I've had this spatula 5 years now and still love the shape of the silicon portion BUT the handle is weak and snaps easily and the actual silicon portion easily slips off. I find myself reaching for other all silicon spatulas in my pantry much more often.
