I love how compact it is. I’ve been pretty gentle with it and it’s been holding up fine. It generates a lot of “wind†so it works great in that aspect. The wooden material is nice and seems more expensive than it is the plastic folded fan section has a semi-matte quality which also lends to how nice it looks imo. My only issue is it’s a little crinkly when fanning myself and the little carrying sleeve is very crinkly. A small issue but something I have in mind when in a quiet space.

My neighbor who is in her 70's wanted me to pickup a hand collapsible fan at state fair. I advised her that I'd buy one on Amazon, and save a lot. Everything at the fair is high. I found this one on Amazon. Reasonably priced. It was nicely wrapped in protective plastic, and as a bonus, it came with a nice holder or sheath. My neighbor was more than pleased. She said it was exactly what she wanted, and quite the bargain. No store locally had this item.

I bought this to replace a feather fan so I could carry a hand fan in my purse. This is the perfect size. I was a little worried it wouldn't hold up to being stored and carried in a purse full time, but it has been on a vacation with me and in my bag since I got it and it is no worse for wear. Plus there is nothing more fun than pulling this out and fanning yourself in public when you get too warm.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The description says silk. I don't find silk anywhere on this product. It's cheap paper and if the handle is actually bamboo, it is the cheapest, most brittle, lowest quality bamboo I've ever seen. Let me say it again, this product is c-h-e-a-p in look and feel. It's also small and ineffective, moving very little air. It's the equivalent of something you would get in a pack of 6 at the dollar store, as a party favor for small children.

I needed one asap, so I got this but really not worth the price. It’s pretty for a decor but I need one to fan myself, DAISO has better and sturdier ones and cheaper.
