They work great once I’ve filed just a small amount at time with my metal finger nail file the little knobs that stick out on the little black rings that goes to your camera it’s just a little black ring, but it has like tiny knobs ONLY filed a little at time until they snapped in place, if you file too much off of it, then it won’t hold it so it’s a little tricky. It would not fit on my older cameras I could’ve bought the old style that were just the short ones, but it doesn’t matter these work good, and they were cheap enough. They do turn very well to get the best angle. I can finally get my other camera back up and have an extra just in case.

The Blink cams come with some cheap, poorly designed plastic mounts and swivels. Easy to break. Blink did it better, offering a larger, steel threaded swivel (after market). Better one shown on top, poor stationary mount shown below. These swivel mounts should be threaded, rather than snap mount. Too bad. It would make it a great security cam. They also made it harder to change batteries. Should be no need to take cam down to replace batteries. Better would be a slide on the side rather than opening the entire case to put in new batteries.

I am so tired of inaccurate amazon descriptions. These do not fit the blink camera that they are literally pictured with. Its incredibly false. The picture on the box doesn't even match what's in the box. I bought these cause it says push right in "click". NOPE they screw in. The plastic is so cheap I'd imagine they'd break if you mounted them as well. SO DISAPPOINTED.

One of the cheaper mounting options I found online. It works well. It is not very heavy, just made of light plastic but it does the job. My Blink XT2 cameras snapped right in and they are holding them great. To tighten the screw to lock the camera position is a little finicky, but was able to get the correct angle after a couple of tries. They are holding up great.

My cameras are a year old. They snap into the original mount. These extension mount are for a screw mount. Very disappointed. Love the cameras, hate the mounts.
