They are warm and durable. They fit right over your ballet shoe and they ensure that you have room for growth. They are not to tight fitted but they are also not to big. It comes in many colors and varieties. Not to mention they warm and cozy, great for all weather. I would totally recomend.

My daughter loves wearing these boots to ballet. Lightweight, easy to slip on and off. Fashionable and all the ballerinas have them. Great price on Amazon, too if you can get below $40.

Size XL has a string and not Velcro as a closure. I got size L and those DID have the Velcro closure on them. Over all great quality warm ballet boots. My daughter used them for 2 years, now we are just buying a bigger size.

My daughter wears a 1 1/2 shoe but wears these over her ballet shoes. The size large were too small to wear slippers under. We went to a women’s XS which are supposed to be for size 4-5.
