I had just bought a Mig Welder and did some research on wire. The review look favorable on this product so here are my thoughts1. The Blue Demon Wire arrived quickly 2. Package was easy to open 3. The product looked exactly like the picture shown on the website 4. The first use in the welder produced excellent weldsYou won't go wrong buying the Blue Demon gasless flux core wire .

The negative reviews on this make me think there is a counterfeit of this wire out there. I have used many different brands of flux core and this is the best by far. It runs great and has the lowest amount of spatter I have ever seen. Either there is a counterfeit, or the negative reviewers tried this on a mig and didn't know to reverse the polarity. I don't know but it's awesome wire and a great price. Try it. Just make sure you are running DCEN.

I will be buying this again. I have tried a few flux core wires and this has less spatter that all the others.I tried Harbor Freight after using this wire and it night and day different. The Harbor Freight flux core wire is pretty good, no major issues with it other than the spatter.This Blue Demon wire is really good at minimizing the typical flux core spatter. It runs very well and holds strong. I was impressed by the smoothness of the wire running. It requires less wire tension to run than most other flux core. It retains its shape going through the feed rollers.And the price can't be beat.I will continue to run Blue Demon.Thanks Blue Demon!

This stuff seems to splatter less than some of the others. Most of my welding is done outside and after using splatter spray and nozzle gel, all the flux-core spatter is gone. Even my welding table stays free of flux-core spatter. It’s good stuff.

This wire welds very smooth, it is wound on the spool very evenly so it unwinds without binding. It does leave spatter, but all FC wires do, with some anti spatter spray and a wire wheel it comes right off. It welds as good as wire 2x the price, works great in my Primeweld Mig180. Would definitely buy again when I need to restock. Plus it comes with a Blue Demon decal!

This product works well for me. Could not do any weld on that 18 gauge before with 35 wire. Kept blowing holes. This 30 wire did the job. with ease !!!!!!

I'm just an occasional DIY welder so when I ran out of flux core wire I did a little research before just buying the same cheap stuff that I was using before. I learned that -GS wire is not very good and that -11 is better. I don't know what those codes mean but I spent the extra money and bought this E71T-11 wire. I was really surprised at what a difference it made in my welds. They're still not great but much better than before.

Read a few good and a few bad reviews. This is the 4th different brand of flux wire I've used and is now my go to. It smokes more than the other 3, spatter is better than 2 of the others, about the same as the 3rd. Penetration though is excellent, I'm able to make nicer looking beads than the other 3 did and it really rips through coatings or rust far better than the other 3. Just simply a more friendly wire to weld with and I didn't expect that much difference from 1 wire to the next but there is! Don't plan on trying another brand when this spool is done, I like this one and will stick with it going forward.

I've used a bunch of different brands. This has worked the best so far. You get that noticable "sizzling bacon" sound with this wire and it makes nice welds with flux core with minimal splatter.
