Instructions pretty simple, easy to confuse yourself. Don't add both end shims if you don't have adequate gap.

The quality of the product is great!. However, their installation instructions leave much to be desired. The hardest part of the installation for this tow bar is removing the front facia of the car. Blue Ox gives no hint as to how the most critical step should be done. Had I not found a YouTube video produced by E-trailer, I'd still be trying to figure out how to release the clips that hold the facia to the car. Further, their design logic in mating this tow bar to their wiring harnesses is plain stupid.
