A lot of people are having issues with this on Desktop, but they DO WORK. You have to make sure that you get your Quickbooks updated to the newest version. My automatic updates weren’t working, and I had to keep forcing the updates until it was fully updated. Then it worked!! “Critical Fixes†has to be updated. Good luck!

I'm a CPA. I don't do many 1099s in my practice, but I have one client that has me prepare them. I buy these forms because they are cheaper than purchasing them through QuickBooks. The quality seems exactly the same. Highly recommend.

I have been buying 1099 forms every single year for at least 19 years. These were the worst I've ever purchased. They were NOT USABLE.First, there was no way to align them to print from QuickBooks. Not copy A, B or C. If it printed in the boxes on the top form, it wasn't lining up in the boxes on the 2nd or 3rd form. Not even close. I've never had this happen before so I had to research a solution online.Then I realized that Copy A, Copy B and Copy C didn't line up to each other either. After spending hours printing to pdf and using the "custom scale trick".... wasting so much paper to try to find a way to align my pdf to each form. I finally got 3 Copy B forms to print in the boxes on a single page. After printing the 2nd page and it didn't work, I realized that the Copy B forms weren't the same either. This was impossible!In my picture I used a red ruler to show you the misalignment from one form to the next. With close-ups of each page. It might not look like much but with 3 forms printing on each page, it was not possible to work with this variance.My husband ran out to Office Depot to buy another package while I processed the return. Absolutely Ridiculous!! Save yourself the frustration. Do NOT buy these forms

A waste of money and so much time to align something imposible. Forms are not compatible with quickbooks. Garbage
