The August MR280 is both a Bluetooth transmitter AND a Bluetooth Receiver. This 2-in-1 item enables you to add Bluetooth functionality to your devices and listen to your programs or favourites songs wirelessly.
Bluetooth Function
It enables you to listen to music from your phone on your hifi system. Just plug in the adapter to your device via the Optical or RCA cable, and enjoy your music or podcasts. It can be used on every audio device with a Jack 3.5mm, RCA or Optical Toslink Out.
Low-latency Technology
Low-latency technology avoids any delay between sound and image when used with a TV or computer.
Bypass Mode
Use the Bypass mode to connect the MR280 between your TV and Home Cinema. The optical In and Out allow the sound to pass, and you can use the transmitter or receiver at any time you need them. This avoid you to change the connections for each use.
Easy Volume Control
Adjust the volume on your device or directly on the transmitter thanks to the easy volume control button. Check what devices are connected to the MR280 on the LCD screen and easily switch from one device to another. The built-in antenna helps to get a perfect Bluetooth signal.

Upon receipt, I was pleased to find that the product was well-packaged and free of any defects. After carefully testing it, I can confidently say that it performs exceptionally well. Though I haven't had the opportunity to use it extensively, I am looking forward to leveraging its capability to connect seamlessly with my electronic devices such as headphones and television. I was particularly impressed by the sound quality, which was clear and impressive, and the immediate and hassle-free connectivity. The setup instructions displayed on the screen were easy to follow, and the whole process was a breeze. Overall, my experience with this product has been nothing short of excellent.

I bought this unit because it transmits and will run multiple speakers. I found this unit very easy to set up and aligned with ease to the speakers. I used a CD player as a generation source and the sound is excellent. I am very pleased!!!

Connected to TV fiber cable working great for me in MBR watch TV in bed using Apple Air Pods Pro 2. Wish had remote control with mute feature. Mute doesn’t work on Tv remote because using optical out put to device.

The provided male-to-male 2.5 mm cord is unshielded and very short, so placing the unit further away from the media center receiver is difficult. I tried it with a USB power bank (battery) and the hum went away. I'm convinced the hum is from an unfiltered power input circuit. I have a high-end bench power-supply that I want to try, but since the audio cable is so short I have not had a chance to set that up yet. I will report back the results of that test when I've done it.

Très bien, facile à connecter. demande de reconnexion de temps en temps au démarrage mais très facile deux appuis sur bouton.Intéressant car utilisable avec ou sans son de la télé pour ceux qui veulent entendre plus fort

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Es funktioniert einwandfrei, sehr gut. Das einzige manko, es ist keine Bedienungsanleitung dabei, nur ein Quick Start Guide, in Bildern, darauf eine Internetadresse. Das ist für mich nicht ausreichend. Habe mir die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem Internet heruntergeladen. Damit alle Funktionen bestens.Ergänzung: Bin weiterhin sehr zufrieden. Betreibe jetzt einen Kopfhörer und einen In-Ear-Ohrhörer. Er erkennt beide und arbeitet mit beiden bestens!

Easy to install. Easy to connect bluetooth device ver, 4.....When you connect bluetooth device ver.5....then, can be more difficult e.g. connection of TWS. Regarding recognition of already connected devices, it works fine with device buetooth ver 4...... Device with bluetooth ver. 5.....is not always detected automatically, then you have to turn on search on device and approve on MR280. Regarding sound quality, no remark, the sound is very good.
