Very good headset, it fits comfortably when you learn how to wear it. At first when I got it and was trying to learn how to adjust it to wear it, when I put it on my ear my ear hurt but then I found out I wasn't wearing it right. It's got great volume and there is no complaints that the next person can't hear you. It blocks out noise well. I'm still getting used to where the buttons are so I can control volume etc when on my ear. I wanted the headset to have a redial button but it doesn't but it has voice command and that works just fine, you can either hit the button twice quickly and say redial and then the person's name or you can set up your phone to respond to your voice when you say "hey google" or siri or whatever you have , and tell it to redial or call a certain number for you. It does require internet connection to be able to do that. Over all I'm satisfied with the headset. As far as with the case I love the fact that you can charge the headset without having to put it back into the case but the only thing I don't like about the case is that when you put it into the case, laying it down, it doesn't charge and also there isn't a magnet to hold the headset in the case the headset won't accidentally come out the case when the case door is opened. So you have to make sure the case is flat when you open the case or you make sure you are ready to catch the headset just in case it slips out when you open the case. Other than that I like the case. I haven't tried the dongle yet but I like that it has a dkngle for the headset to be able to use it with a computer that doesnt have Bluetooth because I happen to have a older model computer that doesn't have the Bluetooth feature so that was just a bonus to having this headset.

This headset has quickly become my favorite from all that I’ve tried. At first glance I thought it was going to be awkward and heavy due to the thickness of the housing, but I quickly discovered it’s actually very light and, in fact, is the most comfortable of any I own. The broadness of the housing allows for very easy access to the controls built into the top, and this one has a mute button which has occasionally come in very handy. Both the noise-cancelling feature and the quality of the speaker provide excellent, clear sound on my end; the mic apparently works very well, as well, because everyone that I’ve asked has said that they hear me loud and clear. Speaking of the mic, the possibilities for positioning it are also very flexible, with a wide range and even a telescoping arm.The battery has been lasting several 8-hour workdays if I’m only using it for conversations, roughly 12 hours if I’ve also been listening to music on it which, by the way, is another feature of the headset in that you can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Charging the battery has taken roughly from one hour to an hour and a half. It charges through ports in the protective casing or by plugging directly into the headset, so you don’t necessarily have to carry the protective case with you when travelling. The beauty of every Bluetooth headset I’ve owned is the freedom to move away from my devices while talking/listening, and this one signals you when you’re going out of range (which inevitably I do because I tend to forget about the device I’m connected to). The headset also comes with a USB Bluetooth transmitter adapter that allows connection with any device’s USB port, which I'm finding to be really valuable.Due to its size, it’s not the most visually discrete of earpieces I’ve tried, but it’s marketed as a business Bluetooth headset and in this respect is ideal for working at home or in an office. I’ve been wearing it out and about town without thinking twice about it because the mics on all headsets are a giveaway anyway. I’m totally satisfied with it and using it daily everywhere I go. Love it.

This headset has decent audio for this price point. I use it for M$ Teams calls only on my laptop, connects and works as expected. The other end says the mic audio is a little thin, but sounds clear. It's currently still fairly cool here, so I have a heater going, and an aquarium. They can hear the aquarium water, but not the heater's fan. My side sounds like typical phone call audio, like if you were using your handset. I would not use this for listening to music, as some people like to do, then complain about the lack of bass. If you want to listen to music, use appropriate equipment.I really like how the case has an external slot for holding and charging the headset. The other model I have does not do that, you have to put it inside the case to charge and hold the thing. Do note, this case will only charge the headset in the external slot, not when it is inside the case. The insides are for storage only. There is no magnet inside to retain the headset either, but there is a magnet for the lid so it does stay closed. Rattling is minimal. The boom portion has a pretty great range, you shouldn't have a problem getting the right angles for the speaker to point into your ear canal, and the boom to still point towards your mouth.I do like that it has a physical power switch, you don't have to hold a button for 5+ seconds like some models. It does have a dedicated Mute button, though doesn't seem to work consistently with my computer/Teams.OK the big bad -1 star part. It hurts my ear, and I can't get it on without using both hands. Since the battery part is so big, and so close to the speaker part, to get it on, I have to get it started with one hand, then reach over my head with the other hand and pull up on the top of my ear (helix?), then do this weird Spock thing with my fingers to get it in place properly. This may not be a problem for you depending on your ear size and shape. There's no way I could get this on with one hand while driving, it would either end up on the floor or thrown out the window. Also, when I have (4) 1-hour meetings back to back, my outer ear.. flappy whatever its called part (antihelix?) gets really sore. I suspect this is because I have to use the full extension of the twisty arm-bits, and it's smushing the chewy-bits (antihelix?) between the speaker housing and the battery portion. I suspect this may not bother everyone similarly. It does not put a lot of pressure on the top of my ear, like I expected it to do, surprisingly.I wanted to like this unit, and I think it would be really great for a number of people with specific ear shapes, just not people with ears like mine. Just average sized Caucasian ears that stick out a normal-ish amount. Maybe my shape isn't so normal, and it would fit everyone but me!

I bought this mainly for daily meetings with my laptop and phone. It is small, looks solid and has bluetooth dongle, which makes easy to connect to PC. It paired with laptop and phone very quickly. The case is not only for storage but for charging too which makes very comfortable to use and put it for charging once you are done. USB cord could be a little bit longer :)Noice canceling is fine, works for me, although I have not tried it outside with my phone.Sound quality is fine, I can clearly hear my collagues during the call and they can here too. We had a meeting today and they did not notcie any difference whcih means I am happy :)Battary life is good too.I have used it for couple of hours and was listening to music to just to streach this thing out and it was fine. To soon though to put something about battaer as I am using it only for couple of days, but so far so good. This is paired both with my laptop and phone and workes perfectly fine with both of them. Which is something I really liked.Another thing which I want to mention is that I cannot hear low frequency weird sound when it is connected which makes me happy as I have some other headphones which make it.

I'm not sure how or why so many reviews say this is so comfortable to wear. For me it isn't. Especially compared to galaxy buds+ but my work PC isn't very happy with galaxy buds+ so tried this. The earbud piece needs to be able to rotate more than it does to fit properly and comfortably in both ears. Currently the left fit is a bit better than the right but only by a little bit.The mic often times touches my face and I can't stand that. It works really well, but shouldn't touch my face. The earpiece is a bit too big or narrow of a fit and the extension part really isn't much to work with in terms of adjusting the fit.The audio is good whether multipoint or not, but it's better for calls than videos I've found. It's way too loud for me to be honest, have to frantically adjust system settings since the jump from volume up/down is too much.Nowhere does it state that multipoint isn't an option with the dongle, which is what my work laptop likes best over BT since it thinks it's a usb headset. Was really disappointed to only find that out upon reading the instructions packed in with the dongle in a bag separate from the main instructions and the rest of the headset. Idk if this is common with all dongles or not, but should be in the description so people know this before buying.Honestly I'm not sure if I'll be keeping this. My ears really are starting to hurt after day 2 of 12 hr shifts and I'm not sure that's worth what I paid for this. Your mileage may vary as they say.
