I normally don't write reviews, but for this I had to. I bought it for a trip I was taking mainly to use on the plane. It was so convenient to have. I used it to listen to my music and videos, and the battery life was great. It didn't die and still had a lot of charge left for when I got to my destination and continued to use it for phone calls and things of that nature. The sound quality was great, and the noise canceling was also great, as when I was around my loud kids playing and screaming, I was still able to hear very well with what sounded like minimal background noise while wearing the headset. It was super easy to pair, and I love the charging capabilities ! The charging case or directly charging the headpiece , was awesome to have. Very comfortable to wear as well . Great product for the price !

I am willing to invest up to $200 for the best headset. I don’t wfh wearing a headset 40-60 hours a week. I haven’t found a better headset. Better battery life? Better overall experience? I have found better noise cancellation and slightly better call quality. But, it has excellent inbound audio, it’s twice as loud as my plug in headset. It has great outbound call quality. It’s a bit deeper, so you can tell I’m on a headset, but clarity and LOUDNESS for the person on the other side of the call is exceptional. I can switch from ear to ear, I can spend two 8-12 hours shifts on call without worrying about charging. I don’t know what could be better? I would love the ability to mute prior to starting a call/on stand by to avoid any mistakes. But, I haven’t found that as a feature on any headset. Value is unmatched. Functionality unbeaten. BUY IT.First week- it’s very light and comfortable. Comes with three different sizes. Each size in two different shapes! I typically wear a M size but the snug fit started to bother me with how long I wear them in a day. Small has worked best and I still hear the callers much louder than I did with my wired headset! I charge every two days. Speak on it maybe six hours a day. Stand by for 8-10 a day. I don’t have any pinch points, tenderness, irritation, ZERO discomfort at the end of the day. Of course you can also switch ears just to get ahead of any fatigue issues with the ear! I can’t write anymore good things? Again, I’m willing to pay a lot more. The price is just the icing on top.30 day update- range is incredible. Connecting is so fast it’s not even a seconds time between “power on†and “connected†being spoken into your ear by the earpiece. Battery is spectacular. I charge it every two days as I don’t know how much battery is left otherwise. That is 16 hours of talk&standby between charges for me. No pressure points or discomfort either throughout my shift or after. Comfort is spectacular. I’m willing to spend hundreds. But, I have yet to find a comparable product. Plantronics battery goes for a couple hours at best. Not to mention you can easily flip this headset from ear to ear. Another review mentioned if you go to hang up a call you will end up powering down if the call was already ended by the other party. This doesn’t seem possible? You have to hold down the button to power it down.

Measuring this product against the plantronics voyager that it was brought to replace, let’s just say it didn’t measure up, let’s start with what I did like, it is comfortable over the ear over a long period, the sound quality is ok and it is very loud if you need it to be mainly because the speaker is jammed down in to your ear canal, the call quality is very good and the range and the battery life are very good, but i have not managed to find any of the supplied “grommets†that are comfortable in my ear, thus it is an uncomfortable experience when wearing for long periods, due to the fact that the speaker is jammed down in to your ear canal, it does eliminate all background noise from that side of your head, thus this gives you the experience of living life in mono sound through your spare ear, this also has started to cause a buildup of ear wax in my ear, and has the unpleasant effect of me being able to hear myself chewing my food (clicking jaw and all) and drinking my water in amplified sound, the switch that answers and ends the call, also is the power button, thus if your about to end a call but the other person ends before you, then all you actually achieve is to power down your headset, the charging case is good and works fine, but the unit only charges when on the stand, not while stored inside the case where it is protected, over all would I buy this again, it is better than many I have tested but I would not buy it again.

My only minor issues are slight discomfort during extended wear and the initial packaging. LOVE this Bluetooth. Probably one of the most comfortable ear pieces I have ever worn. I use Telus Business Connect from my desktop and I find that it will switch the audio source intermittently however works beautifully from either Apple or Samsung cellphones. Great pricing, customer service and exceptional sound quality.

This Bluetooth ear bud is not bad but has some poor pointsThis product has very clear audio while on the phone (cell) but if you send a text or receive a text it’s absolutely horrible you can’t hear the alert at all unless you’re hiding in a small quiet roomWhen you prompt the phone to call a contact you can barely hear the voice at allThe green light on the boom mike telling you that it’s connected flashes all day which is annoyingBattery life is excellent but for me I will never purchase again nor recommend
