I use Bluetooth headsets a lot with work and its essential for my job. I work hybrid, meaning partly in the office and partly at home. I really like this Bluetooth headset for its compact nature, sound quality, the charging case and the easy configuration of charging. They are very comfortable to wear and have a great range. I was able to walk all the way down the hall at work in our large office building and stayed connected the entire time. I asked co-workers how the headset sounded on their end and they said it sounded like I was in a “sound booth†and the sound from my microphone was fantastic. The headset is rated as sound canceling but I didn’t find that they are better than other headsets that I’ve used. Co-workers talking in the background (they are pretty loud unfortunately) could still be heard. If you’re looking for a great headset, compact, easy to use, awesome microphone, great range, you can’t go wrong with these! Although they are sound canceling, they can’t work miracles but they still do a pretty decent job.

The headset has impressed me with its build quality, pleasant plastic and a solid appearance.The innovative charging solution on top of the case is incredibly convenient, making it easy to charge the headset by simply placing it on top. However, it would be perfect if there was also an additional charger inside the case.The sound is clear, and the microphone works excellently, effectively canceling out all background noise. I used it for work calls in MS Teams, and my colleagues heard me perfectly. I specifically tested it with additional noise - running water from the tap, a working TV, a kettle, etc., and all the background noises were effectively canceled, leaving only my voice. Bluetooth connectivity was stable with wide range, I could use it in any part of my apartment.It fits comfortably in my ear, allowing for long-term use. The battery life is also impressive.I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this headset to others.

I was excited to get this Bluetooth to add to my many hands free devices. I received the device and when I got home that evening, I did the unboxing and found that the charging case was only external charging. I started to look on the inside chamber to see if it had a some sort of charging within the case but I couldn’t identify any. That wasn’t a deal breaker but I was disappointed. That option is critical for some of us and it was a let down.Keep in mind I wanted to ensure that I had a full charge on the device but I guess it came out the box with about a 90% charge. So I plugged it into the wall with my OWN POWER ADAPTER, and planted the device on the the dock to charge. So when you dock the device, the it gives your the case power strength but not the device itself.So I started my day off and after connecting before I left home I checked the battery level on my phone. It was at 100% fully charged. So no issues doing an over night charge. I probably had a few calls on the way to work and didn’t have any issues so far. Well, after about 4-5 hours on my job site I got the notice that my battery was low. Immediately I thought that this device want make it the entire day with minimal use.Let just say I as beyond happy at this moment. But I never leave home without a spare or two on my work van. So I used one of my other Bluetooth headsets and I said I would ensure charging and the readings.I got home and charged it again and I said let me measure this device again on the next day at work. Well of course it did not give me a reading on the device other than it was at 100% yet it shut itself off at work in my ear.Side note. It will give you about 3 hours warnings about 5 minutes apart but you don’t have but 12-15 before it shuts down.So on day 2, the reality really hit. Now if you have a car you might be okay and I have not yet tested the back ground noise in a regular vehicle. But in a Nissan Van traveling into the hill country of Virginia, that wind and general background noise of being in a work van that’s hollow, you really can’t hear your caller.Now keep in mind this device states that it’s good for those who drive a lot and should have handled well. It’s beefy and felt good in the ear not difficult to wear. Let’s also factor in that I have Tinnitus from the military and I require the best Bluetooth devices.So let’s talk about battery life on day 2 at work. Let’s just say that I looked on the phone to check the battery and it was already at 60% from home to work after 2 hours. Today it was screaming low battery by 2 pm EST. So I keep it in my ear until it shut off approximately 15 minutes later.So at this point I don’t know if a replacement of this device will be an option or just a waste of time. Let’s see what the seller says and does.
