I was really impressed with this headset. It works with my work computer and system. The Bluetooth connects instantly every time I start up my computer. I love the one ear style. The pad is comfortable and does not make my ear hurt. I work on it 8 hours daily and have had no problems at all. The sleek design is light weight. My customers can hear me clearly and I can hear them clearly. The microphone is easy to adjust. The battery lasts all day with plenty of life left after 8 hours. I only plug in the charging station on Fridays after the entire week and it still has 60% left of the charge. The noise cancelling works amazingly. I tried 3 other microphones and this was the only one that fit all the boxes for my needs.

The sound is crisp and clear. It's not too high pitched compared to other products which makes conversations and voice sounds less tiresome to listen. People hear me well when speaking on the microphone. The headset rests well on the charger and there's a nice charging status on it. It's super nice to have a USB-C charging port. It's a 3ft cable, standard for most supplied cables, at least it's not a ridiculous 1 ft long like others so it's appreciated. On the negative side, at this price, a charger SHOULD be supplied with it. I do not like companies relying on users to be owning a cellphone charger or any other types of wall USB charger. At this price, a charger should be in the box.I hesitated for a 4 stars instead of 5 but I figured out that these issues did not hinder the headset's functionalities and the headset is indeed a good product but the following things should at least be mentionned. First, peeling the protective plastic is pretty rough and the product is left with some noticible wear scratches on the shiny plastic surfaces. Headset is a bit heavy, although it's comfortable, some may want something lighter. But if you are shopping for this, you probably already anticipate these things, the headset is big, covers the ear and looks like a customer service representative headset. One last thing is the charging status led which indicates in the book that the led flashes green 3 or 5 times onces charged, I mean, who stays there watching the led status? They should have a red and green light for charging and charged.So this product deserves a 5 stars, I recommend it but wait for the coupon at least because the lack of charger at the full price is a bit expenssive. As for the rest, connects well, easy to pair. Sturdy built, does not feel cheap. I have the impression of having a nice professional grade product in my hands. Packaging inside the product's original box is good with a nice user manual and the basic waranty papers. I love this product and I think it's good for home and/or office use.

I must say Finally I have found best headset ever. I find that it is more comfortable than other headsets that I have used. It has a very sleek look, not too bulky or sticking too much out of ear. The ear pad cushion is soft as well with no extra noise Headset is adjustable and fits comfortably on either ear. crystal clear sound and mic boom is very solid and not too big or small. I am so surprised with the music quality which has stereo sound with pretty good base. Talking about battery I can talk all day long with single charge without any problem. The charging dock has a great feature which shows you the actual battery level which is handy. Very easy to connect with any Bluetooth device. I would highly recommend this headset. 5 STAR

I use the Bluetooth headset for my call center job, so for more than 7 hours every day. The ear cushion is very comfortable. The helmet is adjustable to the head and unlike others tried, it does not cause me any head pain. The mic can be worn on the left or right and is flexible.Battery life is excellent and the sound is very clear. I haven't tried pairing it with my computer but on my cell phone, pairing was very simple.The headset is easily placed on the charging base and stays there. I really like seeing the battery percentage, I find it elegant.The answer and hang up button is in the center of the headset making it easily accessible. No need to answer my cell anymore.Honestly the best headphone I've had and at a great price. I recommand it.
