Windows & Mac also Support Printing via Bluetooth - Steps:
1. Open the software homepage.
2. Click on "Please install the driver connect the printer", and select "Add printer".
3. Click the "wireless connection" button and wait for your computer to search the printer. If there shows the printer, click it and connect.
4. If the machine displays "connected", congratulations, the Bluetooth connection is successful, and you can use the printer's Bluetooth function with your computer. If the connection fails, please restart the printer and repeat the previous steps.
Friendly reminder:
1. Bluetooth now supports Mac/Win. The computer needs to have Bluetooth function to connect. Please also pay attention when using.
2. If a computer is connected to USB, it cannot be connected via Bluetooth on the same one computer. But, printers can support two different device connections, with one device connected via USB and the other different devices can connect via Bluetooth.

This printer is a game changer for me. I've recently been shipping a lot of items and was tired of printing out address labels on sheets of paper and taping them to the boxes (tape is expensive!). This Omezizy thermal printer is quick and easy and the print quality is beyond what I expected. The best part is that it can use rolls inside the printer or sheets that feed from the back. I use the rolls because they fit inside the printer and it takes up less space. Connecting the printer was fast and the software is easy to use. One of the amazing features that some other printers don't offer is that it shows up as a printer that you can use in any other program not just the Labelife software that is recommended. This makes it easy to print labels from any application. I purchased the grey color printer and it's professional looking. It also easily fit a roll of 4x6 labels that were 4.5 inches in diameter (500 labels) with no issues. The value for money is beyond what I expected. I had nothing but problems with this device. For starters you should know that this does not create a printer device in Windows, so the only way that it can be used is through their software and not from any other application to print labels.I unboxed the product and tried to get it to connect to Bluetooth on the phone app. It wouldn't connect until I restarted the printer. Then I went to the computer and tried to connect to it via Bluetooth through their application and it would not connect at all. I finally went into the phone app and had to do a RESET on the printer. Then it was finally visible on the Windows application.Once I finally got the app connected to the printer, I loaded a PDF label that needed to be printed. I went through the print process, got the popup to do the print and clicked on "Print". It did nothing, no printing, no feedback, literally just sat on the same screen. I closed the print screen to try again and the same behavior. I restarted the application, reconnected over Bluetooth and tried again...same thing. I exited the print screen and this time it lost connectivity over Bluetooth even though the printer was literally three feet from my computer. So, I decided to give it one more try and restarted the app, went to the print screen and clicked on "Print" and the application proceeded to lock up completely. I had to CTL-ALT-DEL to kill the process and back in the box it went.I spent over an hour setting it up, and trying to get it print a single label and was not able to succeed. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more well known brand that operates more traditionally.

The cutest little shipping label printer!I love this printer! It is so easy to use, set up took less than five minutes. You can plug it directly into a computer or use their app to print from your phone. The app is super easy to use, I primarily use it to printing shipping labels from selling online, I screenshot the shipping label on my phone and then print it from the app. It takes less than a minute! It can also be used to print larger labels for organizing things around the house or work! the options are endless and this printer works quickly and reliably and she looks so cute in my office!

Okay so the machine is easy to set up out of the box , and prints very well , my major issue with this device is the labellife app that is to be used with the machine - while connecting to it was super easy and fast , how to use the app is a nightmare , too complicated , very misleading in the pics make it look like the preview is showing you that things are centered but then it printed nowhere near to where it showed , I wasted two round labels in trying to use the app . It is way too many options to not have separate instruction on how to do things with the app - this is my big negative with the machine and because of this I don't think I would recommend it unless the app gets and update with clearer instruction.

Replaced my printer from a popular brand that also does thermal shipping labels because I was sick of having to plug it into my laptop every time I needed to print my shipping labels for work. Specifically got this one because I can print via Bluetooth which means not having to take my laptop over to my printers every time I need to print. Works perfectly. The one time it messed up was because of my laptop, not the printer, and the customer service via email was excellent. Also really handy that you can put the roll of paper inside the printer instead of needing a separate holder for it, saves a lot of space on the shelf. Should I need a second printer in the future for any reason, i'd happily order this again!

The printer is mains powered and connects to a PC by either Bluetooth or a USB-A cable; it is also supplied with a USB-C to A converter. If preferred the printer can connect to a mobile using Bluetooth. It has an on/off switch at the back and an indicator light on the top.Paper can be placed inside the printer or stored behind the printer and fed through the back. There is a roll holder that is compatible with a 25mm diameter core. Unlike many label printers it is not tied to a particular brand of labels. It has taken every label type I have tried within the range of 25mm to 105mm wide. The printer can be fed with continuous labels inside the machine or fanfold labels fed through the back. Linking with either a PC using USB or a mobile using Bluetooth is straightforward and the printer swaps between the two seamlessly.This sort of printer is dependent on quality software to be useful. Two options are available, a mobile or a PC app. Both are flexible and easy to use.
