Plugged it in, inserted the paper, connected by bluetooth to my android phone, and instantly printing shipping labels. Love that you can change the print speed on the app. which gives a cleaner and clearer print (tested by printing a few photos and a recipe). Highly recommend if you want a quality, sturdy thermal printer for an affordable price. Very satisfied.

After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with tech support, I was finally able to make this very capable machine print my barcodes. The machine works great once you learn how to navigate the software interface which is not complex but also not intuitive. Seems like this very versatile label printing machine can do just about anything when it comes to printing labels and/or barcodes. However, finding the exact path through the software settings to get the results you want can be challenging if not downright frustrating. Fortunately the tech support is excellent and helped me bypass having to read the detailed technical documentation. If you are somewhat technical and like solving problems and saving money, then this versatile label printer is for you. However, if you are not technical and want a specific functionality out-of-the-box, perhaps you should look elsewhere as well. You may have to pay more -- but as they say, "time is money."

This replaced a previous label, printer that I constantly had problems with. I was thrilled to see how easy this was to connect. I literally plugged everything in, added the printer and within two or three minutes I was already printing it. High-quality easy to use and very sturdy. Highly recommend PS. I’m using it for Etsy labels.

This is a great label printer! Took a few minutes to set up. I needed a little tech help and they were right in it. Good instructional videos come with the app too. Overall I would recommend this printer.

Doesn’t print straight and I wasted so many labels. Customer service said there were more options on a desktop than app. The only way to print them is by inserting as a picture instead of a file. Leads to a lower quality print but it’ll do for now. They did offer to replace some labels.
