We got the reverse osmosis machine a while back and loved it. The carafe broke so we had to order a replacement one. When we got it the color was different than our original one we we reached out to the company to let them know. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I will gladly order from this company again and again!

I've read many reviews that say this is a fragile item, but I have two of them and they don't seem that fragile. We use them constantly and run them through the dishwasher several times per week.Handle is very easy to use, easy to measure water, designed well, keeps water clean, might be a little expensive but it's worth it like most things.It's glass so it doesn't affect the taste of the water.

Water filtration system works great. I am the only user but I bought two extra water pitchers and filters so I had three total that I keep filled and in the refrigerator. The water reservoir is easy to remove, refill, and attach to the unit again using its handle. It runs fairly quiet and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.

This is a great glass jug easy to clean, but it is delicate. I’m on my second drug has the first one broke when I accidentally tapped it against the counter edge.

Purchased this extra glass pitcher for my water filter machine and it is awesome and great quality measures. 40 oz. Would highly recommend
