I guess reading the info it describes using the set tool and I was under the impression it came with the set. I was incorrect. They seem pretty stout and after borrowing a set tool I was able to set 12 of these for a pool slide. They seem solid and if I did it correctly it shouldn't go anywhere.

This is a set of 50 very large concrete anchors that are zinc plated. They come in a box with nothing else. You will need a 3/8 inch concrete bit and probably a hammer drill to install these. Then you will need 3/8-16 bolts to install and expand them. The manufacturer put tape across the lid of the box but the bottom of the box is just folded over. So they came open during shipment. Not a huge deal but they should put some tape across the bottom of the box. Overall they seem like quality anchors that do what they need to do.
