It needs long screws to mount on the wall, and it didn't come with any. I'm still trying to find a screw that long with such a small diameter, so it sits on the floor, and my mother won't use it.

Pretty much what we expected. No complaints except that there were no screws that came with it to drill it into the wall.

Very flimsy and only adhesive to secure to wall- seems cheap and won't hold up. Amazon wants to charge $6.99 to return which is almost the cost of product. Disappointed that Amazon carries such a poor quality item and won't refund for a quality issue.

They insert from bottom and frequently do not stay in place without some kind of brace put in the bottom. Otherwise is ok.

The sticky backing did not work. It fell off the same day. Therefore, we had to screw it into our brick wall.
