First Bob Ross brush I have ever purchased. The very first time I used it the handle came off from the metal part. I was not even being rough with it -- it just fell off in my hand. They need to have better quality control than this -- I have never had this happen before even with cheaper paint brushes. Don't know if I would buy again.

Hair was loosen out on the second use. Waste of money. The quality has dropped since I first used bob ross brush a few years ago.

entire band of hair came out in less than a week. I reinserted and pinched the metal again but the brush is unusable.

I like it because the bristles are soft, flexible and easy to obtain an even smooth stroke of paint. They 're also easy to clean and don't get stiff with use.
