Needed this to deter a gang of rats taking over the house. I sprayed it on only one side of the whole house. It worked, they moved from one side of the house to the other in a large numbers. I only used two ounces out of the 16 oz I ordered to get that result. Now to drive them the rest of the way out thank God......product doesn't have an unbearable smell at all if anyone is wondering . I wasnt able to smell it at all after applying .

Wanted to use this as a stray cat repellent but did not work so well. Smells like ammonia which was not unexpected but damn does it punch your nose. Obviously it smelled like days old pee after a few days which im suprised it lasted so long. I did not use as intended.

I recently purchased the bobcat urine for extra protection for my hostas! I had been using Repels and Deer Fence-worked perfectly, but reapplied every 2-3 weeks or when it rained. I was leaving town for a month and after reading the description, felt like this would protect the plants from deer, rabbits, turkey and bear!! I applied it and the next morning every plant had been eaten!!! What a disappointment!!
