Have 2 Bob rock to dispensers in the bar I work at. Needless to say, they need refilling daily. Been working fine for years, but soon the lock mechanism started getting difficult to turn with the key. It was getting worse and was really frustrating!! The key just would not turn. Twenty to 30 tries and it might finally open. Really didn't want to spend $60 for a new one when the rest of the dispenser worked just fine. Was thrilled to see the replacement lock and key available. Took just minutes to change out! Success!! The key turns effortlessly!!! Life's little pleasures. Bonus is the the new key works in the other Bobrick tp and paper towel dispensers!!!

Where we can cheap material it was very easy to take it off and one of the key snapped in half
