We purchased our 30†Bodega wine and beverage cooler one year ago and we have been very happy. It fit our under counter space perfectly and is very attractive with the glass door for wine, and the stainless steel door (which we specifically wanted) for the miscellaneous beverages we cool in the other side. We recently had a technical problem with the cooler and their customer support team were easy to contact and wonderful to work with. They solved our problem quickly and we look forward to continue enjoying our Bodega in our recently renovated kitchen.

We purchased this item for our office. The double sided design provides the capacity we need and a sleek look. We ordered it far in advance and by the time we opened it, we discovered a damaged hinge. Customer service was responsive and helpful. While ultimately it took a couple months of waiting for a part, they ended up replacing the whole unit for us. We would definitely purchase a Bodega product again.

This model doesn’t have locking doors. Nor does it have an interior light. AND it needs a door alarm. Lastly it is a bit noisy. Not obtrusive, but you hear it.With that said, it looks great and holds an amazing amount of beverages. 2 liters, wine, champagne, beer, seltzers you name it. If you get it on a deal you won’t be disappointed.

Fridge fit under counter and kept drinks nice and cold. After a year the power board went out, but the customer service team sent a new one right away when I called in the problem. Easy enough replacement for any DIY'er. Thank you for the quick response and making the problem right! They resolved the problem in less than a day!

When we received the unit as a gift, the packaging was heavily damaged but the unit appeared to be fine. After the first week, we noticed the compressor turning on and off was louder than our kitchen refrigerator and upright freezer. Today I found the unit was powered off. After unplugging it and plugging it back in, it (eventually) came back on after the display flickered on and off several times. I have been in contact with the seller since we received the unit and am pushing to get a replacement. We will see what happens.UPDATE:I received a random email from an unknown address with no contact information asking me to remove my negative review for a $20 refund. There was no offer to refund the full purchase or to replace the item which (after tax) was nearly $900. My review will remain and I will be taking up the return through Amazon as the seller has not responded to my last email for several days.Update 2: I just received a (poorly) written email from a gmail account claiming to be from Amazon customer service now offering me $30 to remove my negative review but has not offered to replace the item. A return has already been initiated through Amazon customer service so these spam-like e-mails are appearing even more shady. Buyer beware with this company.Update 3: I just confirmed with Amazon service that this company is sending spam emails claiming to be from Amazon customer service (they are from random gmail accounts) and offering increasing values of gift cards in exchange for removing my review. The seller has been reported and Amazon is handling the replacement.

The fridge itself is nice, nothing wrong with that. But when the compressor turns on it is just very noisy. I can hear it running throughout the whole house. Tried the product support website but that is useless, it actually takes you to a clothing store's website which is also called Bodega. Then with Amazon support we found a website for this company. No response from them so it looks like I will return this one. What I also noticed is that the price of this fridge went up from 729 to 999 in less than a week.

Unit cycles in and off constantly. If there is no other background noise (music, tv) it is annoying.Door handles are positioned so close together that you cant fit fingers in-between.
