I love this body pillow. My PT recommended a body pillow to help me keep my (bad) back straight while sleeping. It certainly does that and is very comfortable to sleep with! Love the two covers! I’m so happy to help out a small business who work hard to make a quality product! And also loved the personal thank-you enclosed. I was skeptical of the shape till I looked at it later and it was just as you advertised with its expanded shape. First I would like to say thank you to KH for the sweet card I recieved with my pillow. I'm very happy to know I have contributed a little bit to help a small family business. Best of luck to you!I only recieved my pillow earlier today and it expanded right away! No need to wait days which is nice. There is a very slight smell which I'm sure will dissipate in a few days, but it is not at all so strong its unbearable to sleep on. I have bad shoulder, neck, and hip pain and got no sleep last night so soon as I got this pillow I took a nap. I have not washed it yet and have sensitive skin and I so far have not had any reactions to it. There is quite a bit of stuffing which I prefer to be that way cause it's nice to take some out and be able to add it in the future when it needs it. I filled the second pillowcase half full with extra stuffing.. some people may be able to make two pillows with the amount of stuffing provided. I think I got it at the perfect hight now. For those who say it's lumpy after you removed stuffing you really just need a bit of patience and work the stuffing around to make it even. The pillowcase is soft and cooling which is exactly what I need on these hot summer nights. There is only one thing I'm concerned about and that is the zippers, which to me isn't a big deal. I think as long as your gentle with it then it will be fine but if it does break there is the extra pillowcase and if absolutely necessary you can always replace the zipper. That might sound like to much work for some people but I figure if I have finally found a comfortable pillow I'm willing to put in a little extra work to take care of it.I will update in the future after I have had more time with my new pillow.

This pillow is cool to the touch in my room, which is fantastic since the A/C hasn't been working and the weather has been rather warm. I love that you can take the cover off and toss it in the wash so you don't always have to wash the pillow itself. It comes with 2 covers, one already on the pillow. It's soft and firm, and good to hug when you're feeling down. It's also nice between the legs, given that positioning helped support my restless back. The only thing I don't really like about it is having to take the cover off and put it back on. Taking it off is somewhat easy, but it takes a tad more effort due to the tight fit on the sides. Getting it on was like trying to put a wet suit on your pillow. So if you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, you may want some help with the cover. Other than that, I recommend this pillow. The price is better than many others I've seen for a similar product, and it's a good pillow for someone who needs decent cooling technology for sleep (like me).

So, as the directions say, I did need to air out these pillows after they were received for several days. I ordered them in the winter time, during a less sunny time, so maybe that's why it took longer to get rid of the brand new stuffing shell, but after I did that, the smell is completely gone and these pillows are wonderful. The pillows are nice and cool in temperature because they are very breathable, and I deeply appreciate that about them, as I'm a very warm sleeper.It took me another few nights to adjust the filling to my necessary preferences I was willing to put in that effort to hopefully finally find a pillow that helped me sleep more comfortably. I have a lot of neck/shoulder tension, and had never found a pillow that helped with that before. I have tried several other new pillows, often with interesting shapes that claimed to help with shoulder and neck tension and never really did. This pillow, while it did take some adjustment, it has been completely worth it.It's also from a small, family business, so that impresses me still further. I got a personal note with my pillow, and minimal packaging. I deeply appreciate all those economic and personal touches.I finally have a pillow that adjusts to me and my body and what it needs. I can shmush it into the shape I feel comfortable with at that moment. If there's a better pillow out there, then I have not been able to find it. For the record, I've spent over $100 on a pillow before and had to send it back, because it didn't work for me for some reason, so I've really tried. This is the first pillow that I've found that has been helpful and supportive for my body throughout the night, and it's much more affordable than the others. I'm deeply grateful for this find and I highly recommend it for anyone else with severe neck/shoulder tension.

This product came packaged nicely, had a handwritten thank you note from the company and clear instructions on how to “fluff†included. I’ve used the Bamboo Pillow one night and how very comfy it is! With my three replacement joints, resting through the night is difficult but the memory foam is just what is needed for a good night’s rest. The custom pillow covers are very cooling and of great quality, also, just like the body pillow. Thank you very much!

I really cannot believe the quality of this product for the price and you get a spare bamboo pillowcase too! A few hours out of the box and it is perfect. It is soft, with the right amount of weight to it for it not to be a flimsy pillow, that goes flat after 10 mins. I spent ages looking for the right body pillow, so glad I decided on this.You honestly will not regret buying this pillow. I really didn't expect it to be as good as it is.Thank you guys for not promising quality and then the pillow not being anything like you promised, rare honesty these days.

Just 2 nights using this body pillow and I already love it! It's cool which is fantastic as I'm a hot sleeper and I found myself sleeping so much better already, no tossing and turning and I woke up feeling refreshed.
