This is really an unnecessary equipment but my wife thinks it will help her make abdominal work easier. The resistance going down is too soft and the foam doesn’t really offer any support. TBD on durability. If not because of my wife I would have never bought this.

It’s to small. The back rest needs a pin to stop you from bending Incase you want some support to lift some hand weights. It’s not very sturdy. An interchangeable weight band would be useful. Would not recommend purchasing this product.

This was a simple setup workout item and it is top notch in versatility. The design allows you to get a good routine with many different muscle groups. This is also so convenient to store. Good cushion for comfortable sitting or recliner positions. Easy to adjust and so user friendly in our experience. Really tough steel design. Craftsmanship on the cushion areas is solid. Quality bench for an affordable price. The form really fits the functions. Great weight capacity max. Safe to use. I love the CD included. Tough powder coating prevents scratching.

J'adore la grande possibilité de mouvements. On peut travailler tout le corps sans trop de difficulté. On n'a pas tellement à se préoccuper de l'alignement des mouvements. Tout a l'air naturel et on peut s'amuser par le fait même. Je ne peux commenter la durabilite pour l'instant mais ça a l'air solide. Vraiement contente. Je suis une personne de 60 ans qui a toujours été sportive et je peux recommander cet appareil à tout le monde.
