I was looking for a simple Digital Timer/Stopwatch for my exercise and stretching routines. I have a sports watch but didn't find it as easy to use as this device as a timer and stopwatch.When I stretch, I like to hold each rep for 30 seconds. Using my watch took more time than I wanted, setting and resetting. With this device, I set the time and push the large, easy-to-see/locate button, and when the beep goes off, I can start the next rep with a push of a button.I have used it as a timer and stopwatch, and I like the device's size, screen, and buttons!It's a great, inexpensive choice for my fitness program!

Works well and it's easy to setup. It's loud enough for anyone to hear it. But I noticed a downside immediately. The included instructions state the product doesn't have any kind of warranty nor guarantee. Therefore I find the product expensive at it's price.

I use this timer on my indoor cycle trainer. It has everything I need for that application. I fastened it to the trainer handlebars with zip ties. The display has large easy-to-read digits and simple stop / start and reset buttons .

Post op, meniscus tear arthroscopy, I atteneded physical therapy. There, I learned to hold my stretch for 35-45 seconds using exactly this timer. So, extending my therapy at home, I purchased my own. It's really helping me to stretch properly. What's more, it can be used to count up or down; so I can use it to time how long I can hold a pose or run in place. You'll know how to use it right from putting the batteries in and reading the tiny card that come with it. (the alarm is a tad loud).
