This mat is great. It's what I'm familiar with from most gyms I was a member of. I recently turned my two-car garage into a home gym and bought two of these. The price, construction and comfort can't be beat. You can use the straps to roll it up or use the two grommets to wall hang, which is what I've done. Pleased with my purchase.

I love the pad's thickness; makes floor exercises more doable for my knees and hands (I have arthritis in my hands; but you'd never know it by my full out pushups on this mat!). The handle makes it more portable, too! I definitely recommend it.

This mat is super comfortable and thick. Whenever I do exercise on my carpet, I use it, and it helps my ankles and shin splints when I exercise indoors. It was a great buy and is easy to fold and store. My only issue is that it does slide around on the carpet, which is to be expected. I wish it was a way for it to have more grip, but it's probably just a design issue. It is a good buy, though.
